I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Corrections to their response: we have called back several times and left messages in response to their phone callsWe were unable to directly speak with Robyn, a supervisor, who was managing the complaint- 3-messages left for herWe are satisfied with the outcome, however, I found it disturbing that nothing had been done before the Revdex.com complaint was submittedI wish they train their staff for a better customer service, so that a small problem does not escalate to a bigger one. Against my better judgement, I used this company which I've never dealt with I was expecting an arrangement for a funeral and if I had not attended, I would have never realized they were not delivered Especially since they charged a small fee to have it delivered within hoursIf they would have contacted me early and told me they couldn't complete their end of the bargain, I would have had time to find a florist who could deliver the goods Instead, I had to contact them late in the evening and listen to their excuses and blames as to why they failed to deliver the arrangement Very unprofessional Am embarrassed for myself in trusting this incompetent e-floral company

some messages from the reported Flower companyI'm so discusted that the only reason they are trying to do "anything" now, is because I went further with my complaintOtherwise, they didn't care at all. The point I'm making is that on that certain day, the certain product I paid for was not met to my needs and yet my payment was accepted for my needThat error, on that day of significance and the color of the flower's symbolism for that day, can not be replacedThat day will not happen again! The "day" my daughter received her Graduate Ring, during her College's Ring Ceremony, will never happen againThat period of time can not be replaced with a "corrected flower" today or anydayI have lost that significance, symbolism, and pride of that perfect timing that I wanted for herShe's fine with the white flowerThe point is what it meant to me at that significant momentThat first college ring ceremony won't happen againThat moment can't be replaced. What makes it even worse is that I couldn't be there for her ceremonyI am in *** working and she is in **I wanted to be there so badlyI ordered her the *** *** especially because I couldn't be there for her ceremonyI was excited to see they had a Lavender one and I thought the symbolism of the color with her school colors would be extra specialNot only was I distressed about not being there for her ceremony, I was very upset about the delivery being wrongA new flower isn't going to replace that day nor the significance of the "requested order", sent to her incorrectlyIt was much more than an *** to meI can't get that perfect timing or the symbolism of the correct....lavender flower backThat moment has goneMy daughter doesn't think it's a big deal but it is a very big deal to meRather, a very big disappointment to me. I was just letting Revdex.com know, as requested, that the company had reached out to replace the plantMy daughter denied the offer. However, I still remain disappointed that significant moment has gone and I wasn't able to give my daughter a "special" gift that I requested and purchasedI hope you understand my disappointedIt was truly upsetting to meShe doesn't care...She's not a single mother, having to travel to make money, that missed her Daughter's Graduation Ring Ceremony
