This company charged my finance twice for flowers that were NEVER delivered! Horrible service Do not use them

I had some serious issues with both the delivery time and the arrangement that was delivered by the local florist subcontractor last week I sent From You Flowers an email on Friday to let them know about the issues I encountered They contacted me first thing Monday and were very courteous and professional I was very impressed with the manner that the customer support representative handled this, which far exceeded my expectations I will definitely be using From You Flowers for future flower deliveries Good customer support goes a long way with me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sendflowers.com was timely in their response, which I attribute strongly to the fact that they received notification of a complaint from Revdex.com I felt the way the Sendflowers.com ultimately resolved the issue was appropriate in light of the situation and did much to allay my disappointment with the incorrect delivery and the way the two customer service representatives initially handled the matter.
I would also like to thank you, Revdex.com, for your handling of this matter I believe that receiving a notification from you regarding a customer complaint was integral to pushing the business to reach out in a more timely manner regarding the issues Thank you again,

I am rejecting this response because:
I
was told I'd get 50% back, but I got 38% of the $I paidThey did not refund me the same-day delivery fee (which honestly should have been refunded in full), nor the $"handling fee." Since this wasn't delivered on the same day as I ordered (in fact it wasn't delivered for nearly days), and wasn't "handled" as I expected it to be handled in the first place (the florist that was originally doing the arrangement apparently "overlooked" my order for days before it was sent to a different florist), I want what I was told I would get, which is a 50% refund on the purchaseYou can keep your $"store credit" because I will never use your service again and I will be letting anyone I know who ever needs flower delivery to steer clear

I ordered flowers with the same day rush They were not delivered We are on hold for over minutes just trying to get through I sent the e-mails they recommend and there is not reply even thought they say it will be within hour I would never use this company again!! No accountability and they obviously don't even care

I ordered a beautiful arrangement to be delivered for a birthdayBy 6:when it had not been delivered, I contacted customer serviceThey were able to get in touch with the florist who was en route and re-route them to the restaurant where she had gone out for her birthday dinnerWhen they arrived, I was floored and embarrassed to even give these flowers to someoneThey look absolutely nothing like the pictureSome of them were not even fresh lookingThe vase was ugly red (supposed to be clear with raffia) and there was no ribbonEven the balloon was uglyI have emailed customer service with a picture of what actually arrived and have asked for a full refundI have not heard back yetI will be filing a complaint if I don't get a response soon and a refundDo not order from this site! Wish I had done more research first
