I would like to know why: 1. You were not able to make delivery in the first place to Miss S Nixon2. I cannot contact you on the telephone. As indicated previously, when I have tried to do so I have been kept on hold in excess of minutes and have had to give up in pure frustration and desperation. 3. When I have previously requested your complaints procedure, you have not provided this4. Failed to make a delivery of flowers to my daughter for her birthday on the 1st October If you would deal specifically with these initial points, this would be helpful at this stage. I think it is only fair to apprise you that I am an attorney (in *** we are called ***) and your present level of suggested “compensation” is totally and woefully inadequate. Funds credited Thank you....wish you truly understood how bad this incident was....the delivery was messed up, the flowers looked bad, I looked bad...."I can't forgive you" bad.....she hasn't been home in nearly two years....had a whole special theme planned and you screwed it upThose flowers were embarrassingWould have been better if they never showed up

I would NEVER order from this company againI placed an order for flowers for my sister-in-lawHer birthday was in two daysI requested that they be delivered on December I received an email from the company that said they were deliveredWhen I didn't hear from my sister-in-law, I asked my brother if she got her flowersHe told me she did notI then emailed the company who then told me they were deliveredOnce again a lieSo I emailed the companyI told them I wanted a FULL refundI was infuriated at being LIED to TWICEBeing charged extra for a delivery by noon too!! Never againMoney was refunded in two days but if I wouldn't have checked I would have spent almost $for absolutely nothing!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sendflowers.com was timely in their response, which I attribute strongly to the fact that they received notification of a complaint from Revdex.com I felt the way the Sendflowers.com ultimately resolved the issue was appropriate in light of the situation and did much to allay my disappointment with the incorrect delivery and the way the two customer service representatives initially handled the matter. I would also like to thank you, Revdex.com, for your handling of this matter I believe that receiving a notification from you regarding a customer complaint was integral to pushing the business to reach out in a more timely manner regarding the issues

I have ordered a bouqet and they delivered in time but far away from what they showing on their web siteI try to call them but after minutes I have quit and sent on emailThey respond it very quicly and the next they changed the bouqetStill not I got what I have payed .Way less flower in the bouqet and much more greenI am a floristI think how they handled the case was professional they talk with me really nicely...just a product is a shame

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI was promised they would retrain the rude Supervisor and retrain the CSR's who mishandled the situation..I was also told they will no longer be filling latex balloon orders due to helium shortage due to price increasesThe y do not use high quality helium and will train csr's not to deliver ballons the day before and event as the helium their vendors use only lasts hoursI was given a credit and a complimentary arrangement

Failed to deliver a $order on valentines daySpent minutes on hold, and was immediately hung up onSent an emailhours later, received a phone call from a "BLOCKED ID" numberAn unhappy, low energy person left an unapologetic voicemail and left a generic phone number where hold times were over minutes, again! I do have to admit, the person I got when they finally answered was great, but I could tell she was miserable at her job and realizes how bad her company sucksShe had to place me on hold to get permission for a refundYes, PERMISSION to issue a refund on a non delivery on Valentines dayThat was after trying to give me a discount and have them delivered by another florist on a different dayYIKESPretty easy to say, I will never use this company again and couldn't give a lower reviewRevdex.com you should be ashamed of yourselves with the A+ rating when 90% of the reviews are NEGATIVE!
