I am rejecting this response because: The credit took days to be run - it was not done the same dayI asked them to stop contacting me because in days I received voice messages and emails - all from different peopleAnd when I would call back, I was put on hold or hung up on.They offered to send an arrangement to the person I had originally ordered it for (that person was in the hospital - I had a another company deliver with NO ISSUES). They offered me a $credit against another order (honestly-like I would ever order from this horrible company again)

II would have been happy if theu had just refunded my money, they did after some hassle and alot of my timeThe arrangement that was sent was only $not a $arrangement we called the florist who sent it and pn top of that they wete wilted and mainly daisys Did not look like the picture at allIt was a smaller arrangement alsoI was not happy with this at allIt was more of an insult when they sent what they didJust wish they had not sent anything with what they did sendJust dont want to deal with them anymore

This is absolutely the worst on line flower shop there is! Do not use! Guarantee to these people means nothingThey guarantee on time delivery, they guarantee to get back with you within an hour, all lies! Used them for an important day and my wife and I both extremely let downDO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

I also had delivery problems in Okla City area Beware, just because you choose a delivery date doesn't mean they'll deliver it then They deliver when they think it's appropriate (or probably convenient, like when like have other orders being delivered)I ordered Wed for Thur delivery (Sat funeral) I emailed them when they weren't delivered on Thursday They blamed it on the local florist recommendation so the flowers would be 'fresh' for the services Wouldn't give me local florist name because of 'privacy' issues Thursday evening, I requested (by email) they at least be delivered early on Friday, and was told they would be delivered before visitation at 6:pm I think our email said they were delivered at 4:pm The flowers were very nice, but delivery time is something very important to me $order, I expected better service

I am rejecting this response because:
My complaint was not a request to receive any financial compensation My complaint was a request to correct a advertising claim made by the company and it remains uncorrected As I was told by Robyin F* (of From You Flowers) when we spoke by phone, 90% of orders are able to be delivered same day, leaving 10% of customers without the "same day delivery" they were guaranteed I appreciate that the company verbally explained (when following up on my complaint), that they may face circumstances which would not allow same day delivery - however, no where on the website, not even in the fine print, is the consumer warned that this is a possibility Robyin further explained that I was far from the first customer to be upset that their order did not meet the large print guarantee of "same day delivery" that is found all over the company's website, indicating this is an ongoing issue for customers I remain concerned that a business is making a claim that their own employees indicate they cannot always meet and it is never acknowledged by the company that this is a risk Somewhere on the website, even somewhere so simple as the terms and conditions, should provide an accurate definition of their guarantee
