I am rejecting this response because: I have not been offered a refund of 50% of the price I paid, nor of the current listed website price (which is less than what was listed last week) The 50% they are offering is of $which might be what the advertised arrangement is actually worth, but not what they sell it for Also, that doesn't include the $shipping and handling I have been offered $total 50% of what I paid would be $27.49, which still might be overpaying for the arrangement received I have also not been home during business hours, which is where they have tried to reach me, and at the first available chance, I responded to them.

I am rejecting this response because: I was going to get my money back anyway whether they reimbursed me or notThey offered me a complimentary bouquet, but as I implied in my emails to them, I will never use their company againThey messed up the only two orders I've ever place with themWhy would I subject myself to a third opportunity for them to ruin a special occasion for someone I care about? I never received any explanation as to WHY the mistake occurredThey didn't want to address that at all"Just give him his money back and offer him a free bouquet." The only response I would have accepted would be for them to go back in time and send the correct bouquet out in the first place, but since time travel isn't a viable option, there's no response I would have accepted

I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, I will terminate the Revdex.com complaint, ONLY after my entire amount is refunded back into my account. It has not been refunded or posted back to my account, as of today. I will call back or email the Revdex.com, when this has been done and I see it back into my accountThe company also assured me that the complimentary flowers would be sent today, I asked and they promptly stated that they will guarantee the flowers will be there today. As of now...it is 2:12pm and the flowers have not arrived yet. So here we go again....they are not standing behind their own word. The company also stated that they would upgrade the flowers to the next larger size and they would call me, when the flowers were delivered. No response yet. And that they would make sure that the arrangement was as close to the arrangement as possible, if not the same arrangement I originally ordered to be deliveredSo, I DO NOT close this matter out, until my refund is posted back into my account and the flowers are delivered as promisedSincerely,

I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary from their website I even called to confirm the order and the delivery time I paid for next day delivery (9AM to 5PM) and waited At 4:I had not heard anything and upon checking their website, it stated that the order was still going to be deliveredAfter minutes on hold, I spoke to someone who had to call the local vendor They said that they did not receive my order and that it will not be delivered as promisedThe FromYouFlowers representative offered to deliver them late with a reduced fee but then why would I pay for same day delivery? The representative's manager was also no help and would not even give me the florist's number to confirm what I was being told The manager did offer to call my wife to inform her that I ordered flowers and that they failed to deliver them but that is not the point Our anniversary was today, you screwed it up, and now you can't fix it And by the way, it is too late to try and fix it yourself I am waiting to receive my full refund and will not be using their services again

I work at a law firm and we ordered flowers to be delivered to a colleague in the hospital on the same day 11/30/When the flowers arrived, they were nothing like the ones on the websiteAs a matter of fact, the flowers that showed up did not contain a single flower from the photo, in addition to wilted flowersIt was embarrassing and dishearteningI emailed From You Flowers with the pictures because we were extremely shocked at such a low quality arrangement for $I proceeded to call and was put on hold for a long period of time, where the customer service representative would not offer a full refund but kept pushing me to accept a new arrangement from the same horrible floristWe don't know if our colleague will be discharged so she might not even be around to accept it tomorrowWe just want a refundThe damage has been done and we do not care for the $gift card that was sent or to do further business with themIf we do not get a refund, we will surely look into legal action as it seems there have been numerous complaints rampant all over the internet

To Whom It May Concern,
The flowers I had ordered arrived a day late, the day AFTER my mother's birthday I had received an email from your establishment stating that the Premium flowers, vase & balloon I had ordered were delivered on my mom's birthday However, my mom assured me the evening of supposed delivery & the following morning that she had not received the gifts that were intended to be a SURPRISE for her! I called your 1-number & spoke to a lady that assured me she would return my call as soon as she found out what happened with the local florist you had used She never did The flowers were then delivered after-the-factI am not happy with your customer service AT ALL There is a lack thereof, actually I had paid the amount intended for delivery on the day chosen I expected a call back from your customer service representative What was supposed to be a surprise became a lost order that never had any follow-up An email was sent stating Delivery when it was NOT! Your organization does not hold unto its promise & it LIES Because of this experience, I do not plan to use your establishment again
