I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a phone call stating they would do as described and send me an email corespondance stating this agreement and would show details on how to access the future discounted purchase along with a phone number to reach someone to monitor my next discounted purchaseWell it has been over days and I have received no such email So so far I have only heard some promises over the phone with nothing to back them up in writing like they promisedI have received many promises from them but do not see the follow through to those promises Only a lot of talk even from supposedly upper management who said they were concerned about my issue

However I had to call and ask for a supervisor, who was initially resistant - after I pointed out that when you cancel a Mother's Day delivery the day before Mother's Day at 5pm, I'm left with no optionsThe first person who called did not offer any options except delivering two days lateI hope this company can rethink their business model

THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I ordered same day delivery for my best friend who had just lost her grandfatherThe flowers NEVER ARRIVED! When I spoke to a customer service representative, Debbie, she told me that "none of the florists were available to fulfill my order because they were closed." When I asked her why I was not informed my order would not be completed because they were closed and why they even offered same-day service if no one was available, she responded with, "I apologize, someone must have dropped the ball." So she promised the flowers would get there the next day, offered an upgrade to my bouquet, refund on the same day fee and an apology note to go with the flowers...since she was nice I decided to let it go and asked for an email confirmation of everything we had just talked about and she said she would send that to me right awayThe email NEVER CAMESo I called back (hours later...you know to give them plenty of time to send it), spoke to a Kerry and when I explained the entire situation to her, her reply was, "We've been experiencing a high amount of calls/emails and we're having issues with our email today.", to which I told her the email was to be sent the night before but she stuck with her story and said that she was sorry and would get the email to meOf course, NOT A SINGLE EMAIL!!!! So, I called a couple hours later upon receiving a general email stating I have a "credit" on my account (not a refund and this email is not from any customer service rep, it's an automatic generic "reminder" type email)...I am completely dumbfounded at this company by then so I called againThis time speaking to a Vanessa, I told her the whole story and how I was just appalled at how this whole situation has been dealtI told her I wanted to cancel my entire order and get the full refund back onto my credit card because my business was going elsewhereShe told me she would refund my order and the email confirmation would be in my inbox by 5pm....WHAT DO YOU KNOW???? IT IS NOW 7:20pm AND IT'S NOT THERE!!!!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH THE IGNORANCE THIS COMPANY HAS SHOWN ME AND WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE MY STORY, THERE ARE SEVERAL MORE JUST LIKE IT ON http://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/fromyouflowers-com.html
I wish I had done a little more research on FromYouFlowers.com before I orderedIt would've saved me a lot of hassle and stress!!!
I received a refund shortly AFTER I posted to their public Facebook account with all of their incompetenceWhat a shame
