Ordered a $on June 5th for delivery on Monday, June 8th I even called to confirm the order Yes they had the order We will have the flowers there on Monday Mon, Tue, Wed pass and NO FLOWERSWhen I call, they indicate they don't know why they weren't delivered They can't get a hold of the florist! I demanded a refund I will be calling back if my account is not credited shortly

I have had multiple bad experiences with this companyI have asked multiple times for them to not use a particular florist, (they have evolved to where they don't include their name on the name tag)I consistently get wilted flowers much later than the "guaranteed" time frameI have had one go a full day prior to deliver, (they are busy)today I purchased the "expidited" service which missed the time by >hoursThe customer service has done a good job at keeping me "apeased" however, at this time I will not use again and I think consumers should be warned about this terrible serviceWhen I spoke with customer service today they spoke to me with contempt and I had to get off the phone

I am rejecting this response because: While I accept and appreciate the credit, and I thank them for taking this step, I am not satisfied In my correspondence with them, I thanked them for the credit and said I had no need to speak on the phone I never expressed that their response resolves my complaint.In short, they used misleading marketing to upsell me on the vase I was duped, I called them on it, and they refunded my money But as long as they continue to use deceptive sales practices, how can I accept their response as solving the issue? How many more people will be fooled into buying this vase?As for the gift certificate, it is moot as I do not plan on using their services unless they adjust the manner in which they describe the "custom vase" on their website
