The order recieved did not include the flowers as ordered, the arrangement was very poorly placed and looked as if do by a very untrained imployee Knowing the disappointment I was feeling, I contacted the company on a Saturday, expressing my concern that they had someone representing them locally who was not qualified The representative said she would contact the business owner and would call me on Monday
On Tuesday after no contact, I e-mailed for someone to call meThey called again with a promise of resolve and another call back, it has been five days Completely dissatified with company and service Cannot recommend company ever Thank you

FTD has delayed my order and it is impossible to get in touch with someone who will rectify the situation I was on hold with customer service for minutes before someone finally picked up I gave them my order number and they said that they could not locate my order even though I had a valid order number I was on the phone for minutes and they still could not tell me when my order was going to be delivered

I am rejecting this response because:i received an e-mail from FTD on 2/stating that my order was cancelled
due to my failure to contact FTD within hours from the time they changed my order status to "pending" The delay in advising me that my order would not be delivered prevented my from selecting an alternate florist My girlfriend did not receive flowers on Valentine's Day for the first time in our year relationship

Received a dozen roses from FTD ordered by my husbandFlowers arrived pretty limp at the neck of the roses, but after following the instructions to cut the stems and put them in the case with water and plant food it stated the flowers would perk up after 12hrs of drinking water so I didn't think much of it24hrs passed then days, they continued looking the same then on the 4th day all the flowers started dying and droopping even more They never perked up or bloomedHusband filed a complaint to FTD through their survey, the roses cost over $Still no resolution or response from FTD
