I had an opportunity to speak with a...

manager at FTD about the experience. He was exceptionally thoughtful about the situation, apologetic, and made sure that my mom and I were fully satisfied with the resolution. Excellent end to an unfortunate experience.

FTD.com fulfilled requested resolution of a full refund as well...

as an apology gift.

I am rejecting this response because:there was but one opportunity to honor and acknowledge my friend.  A gift to the family to acknowledge the error is an embarrassment.

I cannot get off the FTD email mailing list. I ordered flowers an now I am on their eternal mailing list. I unsubscribed to a link I had to go on a ridiculous hunt for and I am still getting their emails. The 3-4 daily emails I get do NOT have an unsubscribe link. I believe this might be a violation of the [redacted] Act of 2003 for not providing a visible operable unsubscribe link in the email.
I just want the emails to stop. I will NEVER do business with them again because of this. I just want the FTD advertisement 3-4x daily emails to stop!!!

This matter has been resolved and the customer is satisfied with the resolution.  FTD’s Good as Gold 7-day guarantee backs our commitment to delivering fresh, beautiful arrangements.

They sent a new arrangement out, they refunded my credit card...

though I did use a gift card that seems to have fallen off the radar. Doesn't matter I won't be using them again anyway.

I am rejecting this response because:This matter has NOT been resolved.  The last contact they made with me said they cannot reimburse me as they originally told me they would, and would only reimburse me a portion of the...

amount they promised.  I do not accept these terms because I was specifically told they would reimburse me the full 61.75 to my card, and so I ordered flowers from another company in that amount that, had I not been informed they would give me that amount, I would not have ordered.
