I placed an order for mother's day. I received an email late in the day on Sunday telling me my order wouldn't be delivered. I called customer service and all that was offered was delivery a few days later and a discount on the order. Their policy is horrible. They ruined mother's day for my mom and all they offer is a $20 discount and delivery 2 days later. If they wanted to make it right they would have delivered the flowers next week and done a full refund. To add insult to injury I was on hold for over 20 minutes talking to the customer service department and I could barely understand the agent or the supervisor. I will never order flowers from FTD company again and I will tell everyone I know the same thing. This company will eventually be out of business if they don't start offering better customer service

We have been trying to get an order delivered for a week. We keep getting I'm sorry and attempts to fix it resulting in nothing. As of this a.m. No flowers but over 2 hours spent on phone this week attempting to resolve. We will never order again at this point. Yesterday told I would get email with 25.00 gift card in it but nothing received. Waiting to see my credit card bill if all the promises for credits on it.

I am rejecting this response because: the company still has not addressed the subject of the complaint nor have they discussed the complaint with me. When the offered they arrangement to me they didn't even mention that it had anything to do with the complaint. The complaint was mainly due to the deceptive bait and switch practices in which they are engaging. You also cannot lawfully offer service in an area where you can't provide service. None of this has been addressed. 
The Revdex.com needs to investigate this.

ordered flowers from ftd. horrible cs after the flowers received looked nothing like the picture online. the flower delivery rep was incredibly rude and loud when entering my quiet apartment complex screaming my name and not ringing my doorbell. Flowers were withered and unacceptable. called the day I received order. horrible cs, never calls you back when they say they will and when they do call back, they call back at a ridiculous hour when I couldnt pickup phone to waste more of my time. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Dear Miss. [redacted],
The captioned arrangement was to be used in a funeral service held at the Holly Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Brighton, TN on Saturday, August 13 for my friend Jim [redacted]. I got assurance from FDT via phone on August 10th of a timely delivery of my arrangement. However, on the same delivery date, I received the attached FDT email from your Alelli informing that the item I had ordered was unavailable and that a designers choice with all white flowers, in a sympathy style container or vase was used. I called 630-[redacted] and an unidentified young lady told me that my order had not been processed because of the local florist did not have either white flowers or the selected vase and therefore the order had to be canceled. I told her that prior to issuing my order there were various FTD florists serving Brighton, TN and asked for a clarification of the disparity from the supervisor, Mr. Clifford [redacted]. He offered me a " different" flower arrangement at a discounted price. I was extremely disappointed and upset but had no choice in allowing a non-descriptive gift that would not probably endorse my taste or might be considered as a lack of care and respect towards my deceased friend, to be sent at a later date to Mrs. Marty [redacted], the widow's home. I have not received a delivery confirmation from FTD or a credit to my Visa account as of this writing.
Miss [redacted], this is not an acceptable manner to transact business. FTD should not accept orders unless there is a 100% processing and delivery guarantee. A procedure that might alert clients about a malfunction of their orders no later than 24 hours after acceptance is apparently missing. Much of your current customer contact is computer generated and does not reflect what really is going on with the orders processing. I was also alarmed to read about 87 complaints on FTD direct service from 2/17/2012 up to 11/21/2015 hanging and seemingly growing on your website. Some of them involved funeral non-delivery orders same as mine.

I placed an online delivery Dec.21,2016 , it was to be delivered Dec. 23,2016 by 9pm. They failed to get it thier. I called customer and they told me it would be delivered Dec. 25, 2016 by 9pm .
I placed another call tonight 15min . till 9pm to check if all is well and was told it's out for delivery. Since I hadn't received an email confirming it was . I called my the recipient. NOT DELIVERED!!!!!!
I CANCELED MY ORDER ALL TOGETHER , THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL USE THIS COMPANY.
Flowers were for my granddaughter . This is very disappointing and I do not recommend the use of this company.

I am a top florist in Canada, this past Valentine's Day I purchased 1000 red rose from FTD , they arrived 2 days before the holiday! Absolute Garbage. Called my rep at FTD
And was told I would be getting a full credit . We even sent pictures . Now 6 days later FTD is offering a 20 percent credit. These flowers were so bad I had to drive 100 miles 2 days before a major holiday and purchase another 1000 roses to replace the garbage that FTD sent , at this point I will never purchase another flower or hard good from this company. At one time the FTD brand meant something to the Florist and the Consumer, now I'm not so sure
