I received a holiday flyer from FTD (Downers Grove, IL) showing a specific product: [redacted] Limited edition Chocolate dipped Jolly Holiday Strawberries (GF131). Starting at $19.99. The picture in the ad clearly shows 12 decorated strawberries. There is no indication that the $19.99 is not for the product pictured or that the price for the pictured product is actually 39.99. I was disappointed. The phone agent was very friendly and apologetic. He took the time to check with his supervisor, however, we had to cancel the order over the price. It should be illegal to show one price with a picture of a different product than what is offered.

Worst company ever when it comes to SPAM. There unsubscribe does not work. I unsubscribed 4 times and still get 4 a day mails.

Dear Revdex.com Customer Relations, I would like to accept the business' response to my complaint which was to apologize and give me a refund. However, I would like this to be known. The concern that led me to file a complaint was greater than failing to fulfill an order. I felt that I was deceived. First, I was charged for an item BEFORE it was shipped. Next, I was falsely notified by email that the item had shipped when it had not. Third, shipping was falsely advertised as being by [redacted] but the business representative told me it was a local florist. Lastly, I was denied tracking information or shipping verification due to "privacy laws". After nearly an hour, the business representative acknowledged the order had never been fulfilled. because: 
I received a phone call I was unavailable to answer because I was driving, and received a voicemail.  I called the person who left the voicemail back just a short while later, and there was no answer. I had to leave a voicemail.  I don't have time in my life to play phone tag or have to keep dealing with this nightmare created by YOUR company.  Just issue the refund and be done with it, please. My next step is the Attorney General.

We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] directly regarding the unauthorized charges made on his credit card.   He is aware that he needs to work directly with his financial institution to have the charges reversed.

We have resolved this matter with our customer.

I ordered flowers a day ahead of my sisters birthday to be delivered the next day. I bought $49.99 bouquet and paid $17.99 in service fee and $5.44 in tax. Total I spent $73.42 The following day I didn't receive any confirmation of delivery. As 7:45pm I became concerned about the delivery status and called customer service who said they would contact the florist and call me back. At 8:01pm I received a delivery confirmation email. I called my sister. SHE DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING AT ALL! I called customer service back. Their only answer "It is too late in the day for us to contact the florist now". On Sunday's the florists send early confirmations of delivery before they deliver the flowers because they need to close up the shop. They may still deliver the flowers by 9pm." That's flat out lying. How do you say you delivered something when you haven't. So why did I pay $17.99 to have nothing sent? My sister doesn't live in a foreign country, or a rural party of the country. She lives in Southern California. FTD is charging you for their "service" their service isn't worth a dime. Awful. Never using them again.

with HER name on it per my first phone call to the company. That person must have not noted the account because I spent the entire day worried which is poor customer service. I think I should receive some sort of credit or discount since I am forgoing a full refund. Hopefully this experience can train the customer service staff to be more efficient.

We are in receipt of Mr. [redacted] concerns regarding the non-delivery of the arrangement ordered. A full refund has been issued to his payment method in addition to a complimentary arrangement being sent out for the recipient to enjoy.

They gave me a full refund as I requested.

I am rejecting this response becauseWell I described the issue and lack of carnation flowers in any of the twosets of flowers my mom received. Carnations are here favorite flowers, andthat is why I ordered the first arrangement....

 The apology flowers from FTDcame with NO carnations and MOLDY smelling roses. While this 3rd arrangementlooked nice, it still lacked on single carnation and didn't smell good.

We sincerely apologize for our customer's experience. As part of our Good as Gold Guarantee we have posted a full refund to the account. We have also arranged that an apology bouquet be sent to the recipient.

Avoid this company at all costs. They have off-shored customer service and there is not a way to reach a supervisor or anybody in the US. The person at the Call Center won't even tell you where they are located.

Completely botched 2 orders and now, after 40 mins of hold, no resolution other than for the 2nd time in 2 days they say they will get back to me.

I am now going to have to go through the dispute process for my credit card. What a mess!!!
