We have spoken with our customer and resolved this to their satisfaction.

Horrible company. I placed an order on May2nd for Mother's days flowers. My mother never received through May 10th. Called on May 10th was told, oh we could not find a florist so no flowers. Instead of being a quality company and sending an email stating so, they just decided to keep my money. Called, 2 hour wait, just to get a refund. I know this company would have kept my money unless I called. DISHONEST and simply a horrible company. GREEDY.

DO NOT ORDER PLANTS OR FLOWERS FROM FTD – their customer service is outsourced, and they could care less if you are a satisfied customer!

Their lack of professionalism and being able to problem solve is nonexistent!

My company ordered me a beautiful plant/arrangement to use at mother and brother’s memorial service. Unfortunately, when the plant arrived the vase was badly broken. After calling their customer service department and being placed on hold for 15 minutes, FTD said they would send me another plant but this plant would take 5 days to arrive. When the 2nd plant arrived (5 days later), the vase once again was badly broken (unusable), and I once again spent at least another 15-20 minutes on the phone with their customer service department. Both the representative and his supervisor told me that they would send me yet another plant but this plant would take an additional 8 days to arrive! I tried to explain the memorial service was in four days – thus waiting another 8 days was unacceptable. I asked if there was any way the plant could have a RUSH delivery to get it to me on time, and their answer was, no.

While I was on hold, I went online to FTD.com and found the exact same plant/arrangement, so I clicked on it, and found out if I placed a NEW order on this same exact plant, I could have it delivered to me in two days!!!!

When I told the FTD supervisor this over the phone, his reply was he had no control over the website ... on his computer the FIRST re-delivery date for this item was 8 days out, and there was nothing he could do to change the delivery date.

After that, the only other option the FTD supervisor gave to me was to refund my company’s credit card back and call it even!

Seriously, never use FTD for any of your floral needs. Their customer service department couldn’t solve their way out of a paper bag, and quite honestly, they truly do not care about helping the customer at all!

This has been resolved.

The Gold Autumn Bouquet was delivered on 11/25.  The
customer was refunded in full on 11/19.  We now consider this matter
closed.

A full refund has been issued.  Please email Sarah at [redacted]@ftdi.com for any further resolution.

We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted] feedback about the non-delivery of the item ordered. A full refund has been posted her payment method.

Our customer's order was never processed and therefore no funds were removed from his account.

We sincerely apologize for our customer's recent experience. As part of our Good as Gold Guarantee we have posted a full refund to the account.

We sincerely apologize, and have honored the florist's request for the $20 credit.  The final check is being processed, and will be mailed out within the next two weeks.

However, I would like this to be known. The concern that led me to file a complaint was greater than failing to fulfill an order. I felt that I was deceived. First, I was charged for an item BEFORE it was shipped. Next, I was falsely notified by email that the item had shipped when it had not. Third, shipping was falsely advertised as being by [redacted] but the business representative told me it was a local florist. Lastly, I was denied tracking information or shipping verification due to "privacy laws". After nearly an hour, the business representative acknowledged the order had never been fulfilled. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. The order was placed on May 5th for May 6th delivery. As of today, May 11th, the flowers have NEVER been delivered. My credit card was charged $73.42 immediately and I cannot get FTD to issue a refund. I have cancelled the order, sent emails to FTD and have not disputed the charges with [redacted]. This company is pathetic and I would never recommend them to anyone. You can't understand the customer service person when you call, so don't waste your time.

We have addressed the customer’s request to be unsubscribed from our mailing list.

We have resolved this matter with our customer.

Placed three orders for Mothers Day weekend and called customer support to change the delivery date for one of the orders as my mother was going to be out of town. The customer care representative was rude, refused to put me through to a supervisor, lied about the FTD service policy, kept me on the phone for over 40 minutes and never resolved my request/issue. Can honestly say it was the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. She clearly had no training and couldn't have cared any less about helping me. I will never use FTD again and will openly recommend to others that they seek another service.
