We have had the missing miles posted to this customer's account.

First off the flowers my mother recieved for her brithday were wrong. She recieved a mix arrangment of roses, iris, lilies, purple mini mums and that yellow/green cheap filler. I ordered roses, green mini mums, purple larkspur, pink carnations and lemon leaf filler. I also ordered the lavish and grand amount of flowers but got significantly less flowers, I have pictures for proof.

Second off I had mad the order to be specifically delievered on 10/18/14 but it was delievered 10/16/14 on another family members birthday and they other family memeber thought they were for them.

Third, I called to complain about quality and the flower shop called my mother to ask why she didnt like here flowers. How unprofessionaly is that? My mom called me again confused as to what was going on or why thy were bothering her with those matters if she was not the purchaser.

I was initially just upset about the quality, wrong flowers and delievery now I am fuming because they called my mother to cause even more problems. Their customer service did not help me at at all and I hope they dont call my mother again!

We have resolved this matter with our customer. An apology bouquet will be delivered on 3/7/2014.

I purchased a beautiful bouquet of flowers from FTD for $115.54 total which were to be "Exquisite, lavish and grand..."... What was delivered, a day late to the wrong address was pathetic. They then tried to "make me happy" and sent another set of flowers in a box... that were even more embarrassing! Something is wrong with this company!.

We sincerely apologize for our customer's recent experience. As part of our Good as Gold Guarantee we have posted a full refund to the account. We have also arranged that an apology bouquet be sent to the recipient.
