On 9/22/15 I...

received a phone call from [redacted] who represents Flowers By[redacted] He told me that his driver [redacted] delivered the flowers, and left them on the porch.
I gave[redacted] permission to call the recipient and he was going to call me back, to verify the delivery.
Glad I didn't hold my breath, surprise no call. Even when trying to rectify the matter, they still failed miserably.
Both of these companies have zero integrity, and are trying to place the blame on one another.
All I want is a refund and to be done with this foolish and careless behavior.

I place an order for mother's day. I received a call and e-mail on 5-8-16 about the order I placed. They were out of stock. I contacted FTD on mother's day. The customer service rep. told me that a replacement would be sent to my mother. On 5-17-16, I received an e-mail stating that the order was never sent. I contacted them again and got my money back. They offered to sent the original order and nothing else. The service representative was unempathetic to what happened. No other offers were made for my lose.

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on 2-15-16. I ordered a product called a 16-V2P and upgraded it to the "Best" level. This was on order #[redacted] The flowers were delivered as expected however they were a VERY poor representation of what was advertised. I went through the proper channels to explain my dissatisfaction through the FTD website and even offered to send them pictures of what was delivered versus what I ordered. The only thing I received from FTD was a "canned boilerplate" email stating:
"Please accept our sincere apologies with regard to your recent FTD.COM purchase. We understand how important this gift is to both you and your recipient, and we are truly sorry it did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide the very finest quality and service, so please let us assure you that all your future orders will be filled with the special attention and care that they deserve.

I'm sorry, but this uncaring response is completely unacceptable to me. I don't want a refund or free flowers or anything. What I want, if for their customer service folks to care enough and personally respond via email or a phone call to see what poor work this local florist did so this does not happen again.

FTD.com has consistently failed to deliver. This is the third bad experience I've had with them, and yes, I realize I should have stopped doing business with them after the first bad experience. I won't make that mistake again. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day and paid FTD.com extra (more than $20 extra) for a total of $130 to deliver the flowers (via [redacted] on the Friday before Mothers Day. When the flowers were not delivered, I called FTD's customer service line. They placed me on hold for 27 minutes and then Gina (the agent) said her system was down and she would need to transfer me to someone else. Then, I sat on hold for an additional 32 minutes. The flowers are sitting at a [redacted] facility with no estimated delivery date. Shelly (the second agent) had no explanation, nor did she feel I was due any compensation. They are horrible!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers, I had upgraded the bouquet to include more flowers. 1) It was supposed to come in a pretty white basket with close to 50 "stems" of flowers, with a "balloon on a stick that said It's a Girl" and a REAL card. What was delivered was a "25 stem bouquet" in a cheap glass vase with a "[redacted]" balloon that was pink, no writing on it, and NO extra real card. When I called to complain, I was offered a 10% discount. They finally gave me a 20% discount. I have been a loyal FTD customer, but, no longer. They embarrassed me with such a cheap looking delivery.

We sincerely apologize, and have contacted this customer to advise that the refund was processed.

VERY POOR SERVICE. ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A FUNERAL DELIVERED ON SATURDAY, 2/6/2016. MY ORDER #FRD1297052 - THE FTD SWEET THOUGHT BOUQUET $88. TOTAL COST $114. I WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND SERVICES SINCE I'M IN OKLAHOMA AND THIS WAS IN POWAY, CA. MY SISTER ATTENDED THE SERVICES AND TOOK A PICTURE OF THE FLOWERS. THE FLOWERS LOOKED CHEAP, NOT EVEN THE RIGHT COLOR OR FLOWERS. IT LOOKED LIKE A $40 BOUQUET. THE QUANTITIES OF THE ROSES AND CARNATIONS FROM THE PICTURE WERE HALF THE QUANTITIES IN THE BOUQUET. AS I POSTED MY ISSUE ON [redacted] I HAD MY FRIENDS TELLING ME HOW FTD HAS SCRE AFTER SPEAKING WITH FTD THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT 40%. THAT'S FINE BUT IT DIDN'T FIX THE EMOTION SIDE OF WHAT HAPPEN. IT'S TO LATE. I DID POST MY PROBLEM ON [redacted] AND WAS SO SURPRISED TO HEAR HOW MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN OF THE SAME THING HAPPENING TO THEM. WOW! WHAT A RACKET. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO BENEFITS THE COST FOR WHAT YOU DIDN'T DO? DOES THIS FLORIST GET THE CASH OR DOES FTD GET THE PROFITS? HOW COME FTD HASN'T COME UP WITH A NEW WAY TO GET THE CORRECT FLOWERS THEY ORDERED. I'VE USED FTD SEVERAL TIMES NEVER NO PROBLEM. I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE FOR A COMPANY HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG, LONG TIME. APPARENTLY, THEIR CUSTOMER AREN'T IMPORTANT TO THEM.

A customer service rep by the name of Nancy [redacted] went out of her way to...

email me twice. She requested to speak to me over the phone. I was unable to respond due to work issues. Upon waking up this morning Nancy advised me via email that my account had been credited in full for the purchase. I looked into my bank account and true enough it had been. Nancy took customer service above and beyond, even without a response. I know business can't alwaysproducts right, but I think the follow up is key. As a nurse I am fully aware of follow up. I really appreciate her taking on my case and handling me with respect and care. That is all I wanted from the beginning. I am happy with the outcome even though the bouquet was a special jester, I can now try again. I no longer feel helpless.
