50% of product received promises of sharia berries call backs to rectify the problem "guaranteed" within hours They owe me $in restaurant.com gift cards but do not respond They have a "dinner and desert" package for a dozen berries with a dollar gift card from restaurant.com and they fail to honor their ad I've been buying from them same package for years Do NOT BUY FROM THEM DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!!! Customer service.lied they do not call back

I was sent an email on December 20, at 6:PM stating the following: Thank you for your recent purchase from FTD.COMWe are pleased to inform you that the delivery of your order has been completed as scheduled This was an outright lieNo delivery was made It is now December 21st and the arrangement has still not been deliveredI called customer service last night and was told the email I received did not mean that the arrangement was deliveredInstead all it meant was that it was at the florist and probably out for deliveryI was also told that if the order did not arrive in the morning it could be cancelledI called customer service again this morning and was told that they would contact the florist and let me know the status of the deliveryI was also told that the arrangement would be upgraded to compensate for my inconvenienceI never received any confirmation of the delivery or nondelivery either by phone or emailI called customer service again this afternoonI was told again that the arrangement was out for delivery and that it was too late to cancel When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for over minutes and then hung up on I called back and was told that there were no supervisors available to speak to me
