FTD is extremely unprofessionalFirst off they told me a delivery time that they did not honorI paid extra for next day deliverySo they told me that the arrangement would be delivered at 3:which it was to be delivered to a businessWell that didn't happen it didn't get delivered until 5:and the business closed at 4:so the recipient had to wait in a parking lot for almost an hourAnd to top it off when the delivery guy showed up he made the recipient feel bad and forced himself on herThen texted her later inappropriate thingsWill never use FTD again

This is the worst company you will find to buy flowers online I planned buy flowers to my wife's birthdayI did that in August 6, to be delivered in August (in the morning) to make a surprise to her I asked for times during the a day if somethin was wrong but the info red that my order was with the florist to be delivered At the end of the day (indeed at 11:00pm), as I didn't receive a full day no contact from the company (by e-mail or phone) explaining the reason they fail to deliver the flowers, I decided to do this complaint in order to warn other people the risk of make business with the company They ruined my surprise and consequently my wife's birthday A company like this must to have in mind that their fail represent much more than simply amount of dollars, means that some celebration was damaged forever by their non professional way to conduct their business

I ordered flowers for my aunt in TX, and they arrived to her wilted with broken stemsWhen I called FTD they didn't even apologized or care at allTheir complete disinterest in making my experience with them better was an eye opener I WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN!

Worst company ever when it comes to SPAMThere unsubscribe does not workI unsubscribed times and still get a day mails

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day The order was placed on May 5th for May 6th delivery As of today, May 11th, the flowers have NEVER been delivered My credit card was charged $immediately and I cannot get FTD to issue a refund I have cancelled the order, sent emails to FTD and have not disputed the charges with [redacted] This company is pathetic and I would never recommend them to anyone You can't understand the customer service person when you call, so don't waste your time

I recently purchased a bouquet of flowers from the FTD website as a Christmas gift for my father who lives in TexasAfter taking my order and my money, they said it would be delivered on Decas I requestedIn MIDAFTERNOON on Dec23, one day before Christmas Eve, FTD emailed me saying they could not find a florist to complete the orderI was livid, knowing that it would be almost impossible to find a florist to arrange and deliver flowers one day before Christmas EveSo I called a florist near my father's home (I several states away) and they said they could do and I made an order through themLo and behold, this is an FTD-affiliated florist! So FTD lied to me - and they STILL have not put my money, more than $60, back in my PayPal accountDO NOT USE THE FTD WEBSITE TO DO ANY BUSINESS!
