We have reached out to our customer via email and have not heard back The missing chocolates were refunded and an apology box has been delivered Please email [redacted] @ftdi.com for any further resolution

I placed an order with ftd.com on December for delivery on December It was not delivered I contacted ftd.com once by phone and twice online to register a complaint It is one week past the delivery date and I still have not received ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged in full I would suggest to everyone that you simply [redacted] a local florist in the area where you want to send flowers, place your order directly with the local florist, and bypass ftd.com altogether They do not deserve your business

We are in receipt of Mr [redacted] concerns regarding the non-delivery of the arrangement orderedA full refund has been issued to his payment method in addition to a complimentary arrangement being sent out for the recipient to enjoy

I ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday and chose the "best" arrangement optionMy mother sent me a photo a day or so later and it's the most pathetic arrangement I have ever seen! It looks more like their cheapest arrangement and while the flowers are nice, it doesn't even appear to have been arranged nicelyThere is no way it looks anywhere near as nice as the photo does I called to complain and they offered me 10% off or they'd take the flowers I didn't like and give my grandma new onesWhy on earth do they think I'd want them to take my grandma's birthday flowers from her? That would be so uncomfortable for her! The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I gotI asked a number of people if they thought the flowers received where the "good" option or the "best" and everyone agreed there was no way this was the "best" option I called again and they offered me $off my next purchaseWhen I mentioned there would be no next time, they put me on hold, and said they could offer me another 10% off I told the customer service rep that what I really wanted was to send them this photo to show them how terrible it looked, but she told me not toThis was a huge disappointmentI buy my grandmother flowers every year for her birthdayThis was my first year living in a different state and I thought FTD and I could cultivate a nice relationship, however I'll have to find another companyI'll be buying my grandma flowers again to make up for this, but I won't be using FTDFor the record, last year I spent less on flowers and they were much nicer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business did not deliver mothers day flowers on mothers day Their customer service IVR refused to accept calls, they did not follow up after email and web inquiries It took two additional phone calls to FTD to get them to admit that the flowers were not delivered The only option presented was to get a bouquet at the same value a week after mothers day That is NOT compensation for HORRENDOUS customer service I am so angry with their horrible service and lack of communication, a refund does not fix this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Ordered flowers for delivery yesterdayLearned today that they were not deliveredCalled FTDWhen they couldn't contact the florist that they gave the order to they immediately offered either a full refund or they would resubmit the order to another shop for delivery tomorrow I chose to resubmit Seven hours later I was informed that the flowers were delivered Nice job FTD! They had no control over the fact that the original florist didn't deliver, but they IMMEDIATELY fixed it with no arguing, no runaroundGuess who I'll call then next time I need to send flowers

I wish I would have read all these reviews before placing my order. Would have saved me alot of time and my mom would have probably got her flowers. I received an email at 11am on Sat 05/09 saying that there was still time to get Mother flowers for Mother's Day. I took them up on their offer and placed an online order at 11:30 on Saturday May 9th. I entered all the information about the recipient and was told by the website delivery was available. However there was a $24.99 extra charge, which I paid. You can guess what happened? NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED and I was never called or contacted. So I called this morning and was told no florist was available and that is why the flowers were never delivered and that they were "very sorry for the inconvenience" and they offered me a $10 coupon for my next order. Yeah, like I am going to order from these is again. They don't care at all about customer service or making things right, as long as they get your money. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
