We have addressed the customer’s request to be unsubscribed from our mailing list

We are in receipt of Ms [redacted] ’s feedback While our local florist documented successful delivery to the cemetery, the customer has notified us that the bouquet was not presentAs a result, a full refund was posted to the customer’s account As a goodwill gesture, we have provided a complimentary bouquet We spoke with Ms [redacted] directly and she has indicated she is satisfied with the resolution

Ordered flowers for Mother's dayThe day after delivery was supposed to happen,(Friday) I get an email saying the item is not availableI call to have them substitute ANYTHING just to get it delivered today (Saturday)or tomorrow (mother's day) and spent over an hour with India including a supervisorBest they could offer after all that was to deliver something AFTER mother's day with a 30% discount! I tried to explain that that was unacceptable without success They then cancelled my order

DO NOT ORDER PLANTS OR FLOWERS FROM FTD – their customer service is outsourced, and they could care less if you are a satisfied customer! Order Numbers: *XXXXXXX and *XXXXXXX Their lack of professionalism and being able to problem solve is nonexistent! My company ordered me a beautiful plant/arrangement to use at mother and brother’s memorial serviceUnfortunately, when the plant arrived the vase was badly brokenAfter calling their customer service department and being placed on hold for minutes, FTD said they would send me another plant but this plant would take days to arriveWhen the 2nd plant arrived (days later), the vase once again was badly broken (unusable), and I once again spent at least another 15-minutes on the phone with their customer service departmentBoth the representative and his supervisor told me that they would send me yet another plant but this plant would take an additional days to arrive! I tried to explain the memorial service was in four days – thus waiting another days was unacceptableI asked if there was any way the plant could have a RUSH delivery to get it to me on time, and their answer was, no While I was on hold, I went online to FTD.com and found the exact same plant/arrangement, so I clicked on it, and found out if I placed a NEW order on this same exact plant, I could have it delivered to me in two days!!!! When I told the FTD supervisor this over the phone, his reply was he had no control over the website on his computer the FIRST re-delivery date for this item was days out, and there was nothing he could do to change the delivery date After that, the only other option the FTD supervisor gave to me was to refund my company’s credit card back and call it even! Seriously, never use FTD for any of your floral needsTheir customer service department couldn’t solve their way out of a paper bag, and quite honestly, they truly do not care about helping the customer at all!

We sincerely apologize for our customer’s recent experience, and have posted a full refund per FTD’s Good as Gold Guarantee

I ordered flowers from FTD because I was only able to get a next day delivery option for the flowers I wished to purchase near my residence from the FTD online website My delivery date was set for July The flowers were still not delivered on July so I called the customer service hotline and asked about the status I was told by the FTD rep that the order was not processed because they couldn't find a local florist to deliver the flowers, but was told that I could have the flowers delivered on July, the day after I called them When asked what would have happened if I didn't call the rep just told me that she wouldn't make any excuses and I can either have the flowers delivered tomorrow or get a refund Overall the customer satisfaction was terrible and I will not use FTD in the future again

ORDERED MOTHER'S DAY FLOWERS ON 5/4/FOR DELIVERY ON 5/OR 5/ THE FLORIST SAID THEY TRIED TO DELIVER, BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE SINCE MY PARENTS DID NOT GO ANYWHERE EITHER DAY NOR WAS A FLORIST CALLED IN THROUGH SECURITY ON EITHER DAY RECEIVED A CALL FROM FTD STATING THAT THERE WWAS NO ONE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVER AND THAT "NOT TO WORRY" A DELIVER WOULD BE RESCEDULED THAT DAY NO SUCH DELIVERY WAS RESCEDULED, NOR ANY REDELIVERY ATTEMPTED SO NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED FOR MOTHER'S DAY AND NO CALLS FOR E-MAILS FROM FTD I HAVE REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND WILL GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY FOR ANY FUTURE FLOWER DELEIVERIES

First off the flowers my mother recieved for her brithday were wrongShe recieved a mix arrangment of roses, iris, lilies, purple mini mums and that yellow/green cheap fillerI ordered roses, green mini mums, purple larkspur, pink carnations and lemon leaf fillerI also ordered the lavish and grand amount of flowers but got significantly less flowers, I have pictures for proof Second off I had mad the order to be specifically delievered on 10/18/but it was delievered 10/16/on another family members birthday and they other family memeber thought they were for them Third, I called to complain about quality and the flower shop called my mother to ask why she didnt like here flowersHow unprofessionaly is that? My mom called me again confused as to what was going on or why thy were bothering her with those matters if she was not the purchaser I was initially just upset about the quality, wrong flowers and delievery now I am fuming because they called my mother to cause even more problemsTheir customer service did not help me at at all and I hope they dont call my mother again!

I placed an order through FTD Florists online to send to my great nephews viewing and funeral When I got to the veiwing and funeral we couldn't find the arrangement Finally a couple of days my Nephew and his wife (his parents) found the arrangement it was not like anything I wantedHe was in the Marines and I wanted something that was looking military He had a full military funeralThey sent a basket with green plant and no flowersI have contacted FTD and they act like they could care lessI am totally disappointed with the customer service and the arrangement that they sent

I placed an order late last night for a delivery today The flowers were to be delivered to a business As of 4:15pm, the flowers were not delivered yet and I hadn't heard anything from FTD.com regarding any problems so I contacted themThey told me that the florist was too far from the delivery addressIsn't that what their computers are supposed to sort out?? It's not as if this was a big town, but it's not a small town either There are several florists in town I could have contacted for deliveryInstead, I had to call FTD to find out that they would not deliver today Why wasn't I notified early in the day? They have also missed a delivery for a funeral in the pastAs most people know, timing of delivery is importantThey did refund my money but I could have cancelled the charge myselfI'm disappointed they don't have a better method for handling their mistakesBased on my experience, I would stay away from this company if the delivery is important
