After ordering an arrangement for the holidays for someone, FTD delivered a completely different arrangement I would have never known but the recipient texted a thank you including a picture of the arrangement Very disappointed when I called to notify FTD and they gave a small discount on the order, which I didn't want Due to the nature of the delivery, I cannot have it exchanged, which I explained to them They should not be able to list "satisfaction guaranteed" on their site because they don't stand behind their final product

This is the 2nd time I have ordered flowers for a funeral and FTD has not delivered timely The last time they instead had to send flowers to the family at different addresses due to THEM being late Apparently that is how they do business as they tried to do the same thing this time Their website states they can deliver with hours notice to funerals NOT TRUE TWICE NOT TRUE They called me today at 12:05pm to tell me they would not be able to deliver the flowers for the 1pm funeral They even suggested they deliver them tomorrow instead I am afraid FTD employees have no idea what a funeral is! When they called me at 12:05pm they kept me on hold for minutes waiting for a supervisor who actually told me they would have a florist deliver a different arrangement and to keep my phone close by so they could keep me informed They called back at 1:27pm to inform me they would NOT be able to deliver anything in time This is DALLAS, not out in the country somewhere! There is no reason for this! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will never order from them again!

I placed an order with FTD for Mother's day on Wednesday May 6, I chose a popular flower bouquet (Touch of spring bouquet) that saidI it could be delivered from a local florist for Mothers day which was on May 10, I chose a Friday delivery for them which would have been May 8, When I called my mom to wish her a happy Mother's day I asked how she liked the flowersShe said she did not receive any flowersI told her I asked for a Friday delivery and that they had charged me for them ($81.98- $plus $for shipping and service fees) I asked if any one called or try to contact her she saidSo, after wishing her a happy Mother's day and apologizing for her not receiving her FlowersI called FTD to see what happenedI was informed that the order was rejected by the floristThey made no attempt to contact me or my mother per the info providedI have not been refunded as of yetThey made no apology or explanationfrom very upset

I ordered flowers for a funermother in law- to be delivered on Sunday Feb 14thI received a confirmation from FTD saying it would be delivered and payment was receivedI spoke with a relative on Sunday to see if the flowers had arrived and they said noI called FTD immediately and they said they did not know why it wasn't delivered and it was too late to get a florist to deliver themI asked to speak to a supervisor times, and never got to speak with oneHad I not asked a relative about the status of my flowers, I would never have known they did not arrive, and been charged for itHow often might this happen??This is inexcusable on the part of FTDI was not able to get any floral arrangements to my mother in laws wake, and it was extremely insensitive and embarrassingIts not like this was a missed birthday-this was a funeral that I was not able to attend, and therefore, relied on the service of FTD to provide a form of my sympathies I will never use them again nor would I ever recommend themI feel there should be a way to verify that orders are actually delivered when ordered on lineI hope this has not happened nor will it happen to others in the future
