I had used FTD to send flowers to an anniversary to be delivered on a specific date That date came and went and the flowers were not recieved, nor was there any contact from FTD regarding any issue with the bouquet or delivery The flowere were to be delivered on June 29th and were ordered on June 27th I had called FTD on June 30th and was told that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that the flowers would be sent by July 6th and they would provide an 40% discount I had agreed to this The flowers did nit arrive until July 6th and Inhad only 10% of the bill credited to my account I had called FTD again letting them know that the flowers had arrived but I did not recieve the 40% discount I was then tood by the CSR that I had agreed to a 10% discount and free shipping I told her that I didn't get a reimbursement for free shipping Then she tells me that I was to only get a 10% discount and no refund for shipping I feel that I was not being heard as a customer and there was no interest in rectifying this issue The flowers were delivered about a wwk pat due and this was not an issue that they seemed to care about And the 40% off that was promised me was dismissed I am very disatisfied with the experience

I placed an order at noon (4/14) after seeing their advertisement have flowers sent in hoursTwo hours later I get an email that a substitution has been made and then another one that a delay has happened and they won't arrive till tomorrow I will be home by tomorrow and for the dollars I can do it myselfThe advertising is and it lead to a waste in my time when I had none to waste

Horrible company I placed an order on May2nd for Mother's days flowers My mother never received through May 10th Called on May 10th was told, oh we could not find a florist so no flowers Instead of being a quality company and sending an email stating so, they just decided to keep my money Called, hour wait, just to get a refund I know this company would have kept my money unless I called DISHONEST and simply a horrible company GREEDY

On 12/10/I placed an order of roses to be delivered to my husband on 12/23/for our 10th year anniversary On 12/23/at approximately 6:18am I received an email stating the delivery was shipped by *** When I arrived home later that evening I noticed the delivery had yet to be delivered so I contacted FTD Flowers to inquire, they stated the delivery should arrive between 6-10pm At 10:30pm I called FTD back to state the delivery has yet to arrive, they requested that I be patient because it is the holiday season and many deliveries are being made Unfortunately the delivery arrived on 12/24/in the afternoon and was left with a neighbor, it goes without saying the roses had started to turn black on the edges, smh I still have a $coupon I had purchased on groupon to FTD but I rather throw it in the garbage then to give them another penny WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Ordered flowers for a good friends mothers funeral & was completely embarrassed by what was delivered! First of all, I did not receive confirmation that the flowers were delivered and they were supposed to be arriving at funeral home by 3pm yesterdaySo around I contacted FTDThey put me on hold while they attempted to contact the floristAfter a few minutes the lady came back and said they were not answering because they were probably out deliveringShe said she would tag her name on my account so she could call me as soon as she heard backnever received anything backAround I called again, a man answered and not only was he rude, he didn't even apologize once for the inconvenience He attempted to call the florist and told me the same thing (they are not answering the phone)In tears I asked him if he could please try to contact them again as this was important to meHe said okay and called againBarely a minute later comes back on the line and says they didn't answerI told him I was going to the funeral home myself to check to see if they were delivered and if not I would be expecting a refundHe kept repeating himself and saying well we didn't get a message from the florist that there was an issue so it should be getting deliveredNot very comforting to someone who just lost someone close to themI get to the funeral home and looked for flowers that resembled the one's I know I purchaseddidn't see any that came closeFinally I read through the cards and located the flowers that were sent in our nameThese flowers looked NOTHING like the picture online and they were delivered LATE to the funeral homeChose fall flowers because the deceased loved fall, these were not fallALSO paid for the BEST selection (from the options Good, Better, Best and Grand or something)This does not look like a bouquet of BEST flowers, WHY ARE THERE CARNATIONS?! I would not even pay $for these flowers let alone the $total that our order came toPurchased a [redacted] offer for $(which allowed us to receive $off of our order) and now I am out the $from [redacted] as well as the $61.97!!!! The card that was included was pathetic and barely legible, as if their printer ran out of ink or somethingThey did not bother to reprint it and it was a piece of paper TAPED inside of an actual card- looked VERY cheapI will NEVER EVER order from [redacted] or FTD AGAIN
