FTD has not received a cancellation notice from our customer for these services The cancellation process is for the member florist to submit their cancellation notice to the Membership department before June 10, Please submit detail as to the charges that you are asking be credited so that may be considered We will honor the request for cancellation for future services once the cancellation request has been submitted

Placed three orders for Mothers Day weekend and called customer support to change the delivery date for one of the orders as my mother was going to be out of townThe customer care representative was rude, refused to put me through to a supervisor, lied about the FTD service policy, kept me on the phone for over minutes and never resolved my request/issueCan honestly say it was the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever hadShe clearly had no training and couldn't have cared any less about helping meI will never use FTD again and will openly recommend to others that they seek another service

I ordered "The Sweet Surprise" bouquet for my friends birthday through FTD for delivery to her workplaceFTD's website shows four sizes from "good" for $to "exquisite" for $I chose "good"The pictures show only slight variation between the different sizesThe description included the variety and types of flowers but does NOT provide quantity of eachWhat was delivered was not close to what we expected I was very unhappy The representative we called provided us with the specific number of each type of flower in the arrangement AND told us the local florist could CHANGE the arrangement to meet delivery!! It would have been helpful to have known that up front at the time I placed the order! The rep had the nerve to offer to have the arrangement picked up from my friend! Otherwise, we received a 20% discount off the billShe also offered a 15% discount coupon, which I declined I will NEVER use FTD again

I ordered flowers for a funeral 3/30/2015 to be delivered 4/3/2015 - I went to funeral they were not there--I received email from ftd stating flowers were delivered - I called to state that they were NOT delivered-wanted refund--ftd said the florist delivered to family after funeral - but if I wanted refund they would go to family & pick up flowers!!--The original fraud that they had delivered --they would have the audacity to say they would get flowers from grieving family!! Do NOT do business with FTD! After much discussion I was told I would receive a refund but it would take 5 business days!
