I ordered a floral arrangement on Tuesday to be delivered the following Saturday to a church for a memorial service This was done via the telephone and the sales person was very nice During our conversation, I asked several times if she can guarantee that the flowers will be delivered Saturday morning in time for an 11:memorial service She assured me each time I asked that the flowers will arrive on time At 11:AM on Saturday, I received an email message stating that the flowers could not be delivered Since it was already past the start time for the service, there was absolutely nothing we could do to have flowers beside the urn I immediately called customer service and they issued a refund, but that did not help with the lack of flowers for our loved one I was told by customer service that the florist didn't have the correct flowers to fill the order Are you seriously telling me that it took the florist over days to realize that my order could not be filled? I am glad there are other florists available for the next time we need an arrangement

I purchased a beautiful bouquet of flowers from FTD for $total which were to be "Exquisite, lavish and grand..."What was delivered, a day late to the wrong address was pathetic They then tried to "make me happy" and sent another set of flowers in a boxthat were even more embarrassing! I have made two purchases this month and have been extremely upset My first order was for my sister who had a baby weeks early and I wanted to send her something bright and specialI ordered a wild flower bouquetWhen my sister sent me the picture to say thank you I couldnt believe that for $she recieved floppy tulips.NOTHINGI ORDERED Secondly I ordered a two dozen rainbow(colors) rose bouquet for my mother for Valentines dayWhen she sent me a picture, I was sick to see what she gotdifferent color roses that were dull and dying( a greenish white rose, white with brown edges, and a light purple that was dead) The bouquet I had ordered was Red,Orange,yellow,white,peach and purple Got a call the next day saying they were all dead I emailed and called the company with no responses

I recently ordered the Eternal Friendship Remembrance Bouquet for a family member's bereavementThe arrangement I ordered from FTD looked nothing like the flowers that were deliveredI paid an extra fee to ensure the upgraded bouquet would be full as advertisedThe bouquet pictured online had lilies, a half dozen white roses, snapdragons and lush greensThe flowers that were delivered contained white roses, lilies and no snapdragons or greensIt's very disappointing to learn the product that was advertised was not deliveredPulling a bait and switch is a terrible way to do business Order number FIG

On January 30, 2015, I placed an online order with FTD for flowers for a friend's funeral, to be delivered on January We attended the service on Feb1, and our flowers were not thereFuneral home staff checked their delivery log and our flowers were never deliveredWe were embarrassed and sad not to be able to honor our friend in this wayWill never use FTD again--ever, and will advise everyone we know not to either We live in a large metro area, there was no bad weather, so the only explanation is utter incompetenceA company that cannot perform the basics of their business has no business staying in business

The last contact they made with me said they cannot reimburse me as they originally told me they would, and would only... reimburse me a portion of the amount they promised. I do not accept these terms because I was specifically told they would reimburse me the full 61.75 to my card, and so I ordered flowers from another company in that amount that, had I not been informed they would give me that amount, I would not have ordered.
