We have been trying to get an order delivered for a weekWe keep getting I'm sorry and attempts to fix it resulting in nothingAs of this a.mNo flowers but over hours spent on phone this week attempting to resolve We will never order again at this pointYesterday told I would get email with gift card in it but nothing receivedWaiting to see my credit card bill if all the promises for credits on it

I ordered my flowers and asked for them to be delivered to my mother in laws house the day before valentines day so that I could pick them up and have them ready for my wife on valentines dayI wasn't sure who's name to put, my wife or my mother in law so I place the order and then called themThe lady I talked to had a very heavy accent and I could barely understand a word she said but I explained that they were to be shipped to one person but were actually for another personAfter a minute conversation trying to explain this, they claim to have the order right and I get off of the phoneThen my flowers never comeEmpty handed for valentines dayI emailed them and continued to email them for days without responseI finally call them and get who I believe is the same person that barely speaks EnglishThey tell me that they have no tracking number for the flowers and have no idea what happened to it...They had no issue charging me for them but have no idea where the order went after they took my moneyThey are issuing me a refund but never even offered to do anything to try to make up for their major mistakeI will never use them again and I do no recommend that anyone else does

While we have no record of any prior contact regarding this issue, we have suppressed the customer’s email address from our promotional email list This may take up to days to complete

I am a top florist in Canada, this past Valentine's Day I purchased red rose from FTD , they arrived days before the holiday! Absolute GarbageCalled my rep at FTD And was told I would be getting a full credit We even sent pictures Now days later FTD is offering a percent creditThese flowers were so bad I had to drive miles days before a major holiday and purchase another roses to replace the garbage that FTD sent , at this point I will never purchase another flower or hard good from this companyAt one time the FTD brand meant something to the Florist and the Consumer, now I'm not so sure

We sincerely apologize for our customer's recent experienceAs part of our Good as Gold Guarantee we have posted a full refund to the accountWe have also provided the customer with a coupon for use on a future order

Avoid this company at all costs They have off-shored customer service and there is not a way to reach a supervisor or anybody in the US The person at the Call Center won't even tell you where they are located Completely botched orders and now, after mins of hold, no resolution other than for the 2nd time in days they say they will get back to me I am now going to have to go through the dispute process for my credit card What a mess!!!
