Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.In reading the businesses response to my compliant I am only more aggravated because it is apparent that they did not pay attention to what my complaint was, or that fact that they HAVEN'T reimbursed me in full like they claim they haveLike I stated in my original complaint, the full reimbursement was for a total of $This was for an iPod that sold for $and it's shipping costs of $I should not have to pay for shipping costs on a defective iPod that I was promised a replacement forThe iPod was defective because someone at Game Stop didn't do their job and clear our the old owner of the electronic before taking it into Game Stop's inventoryI know this, because my son turned his old iPod into Game Stop in order to purchase this latest oneWe should not have to pay for Game Stop's negligenceBesides this principle, Game Stop's manager approved the refund for the FULL cost of $while on the phone with me on 2/8/We are short $in our reimbursement!To further prove that the business response is inadequate, I wrote in the original Revdex.com complaint that the same manager during the phone call on 12/8/promised us the reimbursement in a CHECK, NOT IN A GIFT CARD!!! I clearly expressed over the phone that evening that a gift card was unacceptable because after the rude treatment we got and the ridiculous expectation to simply wait until more iPods became available after the holidays when Game Stop had had our money since mid November, Game Stop had lost our businessI asked for the money owed to us in cash because we wanted to shop elsewhereThe blatant disregard for our request after hanging up the phone and processing our inadequate refund only furthers my resolve that I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GAME STOP AGAIN! Therefore, a gift card does nothing but steal my money and put it in Game Stop's pocketsOn top of that, the latest insult of having to protest yet AGAIN, because the responding manager in the is Revdex.com complaint did not thoroughly read the complaint and address the fact that the complaint was based on the inadequate and improper method of our refund infuriates me! I understand that this is a busy time of year and that things get overwhelming, but this company has time and again, messed up this order! I want my money back in CASH (which I understand will need to come as a check)! It's my money, and I do not allow Game Stop to control itI have now had to spend over hours arguing and waiting on hold regarding this matterThis is ridiculous in everyone I've talked to's opinion! Where is the regard for my time? I have done nothing wrong in this, yet I am paying a hefty price to get what is legally MINE!
