I have spoke with your customer service department twice Once offered twenty dollars off of a controller the second time offered points to my accountI did my part in trying to contact someone via email and or phone it took over a week to finally speak to someone to which then I was told it has been longer than days I can't even return the system for a full refund I spent over dollars at this location because of a promotion that you failed to take down or notify employees that it was expiredAll I have wanted from the beginning is the controller itself or in store credit for the price of the controller Plain and simple you advertise it you should honor it
