Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The reason that the response is being rejected is that the issue is not resolved as a whole The issue was still on-going yesterday at the time the business responded to me directly about the issue and the issue is tentatively resolved for the scope of a single order The overreaching issue is still not resolved and needing 2nd level customer care to inspect an order and prevent it from being cancelled isn't a solution In speaking with Shilo from GameStop, she is working with difference areas within the company to try and resolve the issue permanently, though as of the time of my correspondence now, it is very likely that the issue is still on-going unless proven otherwise.

on the *** Classic at 12:PM CST, 8/21/we experienced intermittent issues for both Online and In-Store systems that caused the lack of availabilityCurrently, the *** Classic is no longer available online, and we are unable to fulfill requests for this item; however we expect to have more units available at launch. I had attempted to research order history using your information and was unable to locate any attempted orders for this item, nor was I able to find any authorization or charges on ***If you did receive a charge after attempting to place the order, we can reach out to *** to request for them to dispute the charge since the order cannot be fulfilled and we have no intentions to settle on those fundsIf this is something you would like for me to do for you, I would be more than happy to assist, however I would need a transaction ID if possible so that both *** and GameStop can reference the charge. I am rejecting this response because: You are still not making me wholeI would have to pay $for the game (it now costs $60) instead of the $you offered when it was on saleMost companies I have dealt with when they mess us (like take your money but don't give your the product you ordered) go above and beyond to make you wholeThis is not good customer serviceYou guys are not even offering me the original deal even though you messed it up I am very disappointed with the lack of service and effort by GameStopMaybe you should put on your website you make no guarantees to honor the price offered if the GameStop website fails to properly process a transaction, because that is what you are doing to me
