At this time, I have been contacted directly by Gearbest.com regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved:
I can't explain what is happening other than they keep stalling! The following are the promises I receive. I have checked my *** account and no funds have been deposited. I have asked them to give me at least store credit because I don't think they have ever refunded a customer. Unfortunately, it appears they have closed my ticket so I must ask again and the process repeats itself. Do you folks have any legal power to penalize these improper business practices?
