 The product said it was in stock but turns out it was not so your info is not correct, then you had me choose another one that was supposedly in stock, you said that it was replaced and shipped, then you emailed me the next day and said that that was also not in stock and that the oringinal would be shipped from china. So no your website and you do not give the correct info, in fact you lied a couple different times and I have your email responses to prove it. Stop acting like your website had the proper info, when in said you had the product in stock and had estimated delivery times and clearly that was not the case. Even the replacement that was supposedly in stock that you said was replaced turned out to not be in stock. You guys are liars and are trying to blame your sy business practices on your customers lol your a joke!

several times before and asked them to CANCEL  my order but they ignored it and shipped it anyway.  I assume my order that I no longer want is on its way. Their site says it can take up to 30 days.  As you know, I no longer want my order because I ordered from another site when GB told me that they didn't actually have it in stock but their site showed they did. Sincerely,[redacted]

Gearbest charged my account without my authorization. After I refused to send verification ID and a photo of my credit card my account was charged and the item was shipped. My account has not been refunded the unauthorized charge.

I would like documented proof that my package and the contents therein were destroyed by customs or your shipper as you describe.  Without documented proof I cannot accept your response as being legitimate, honest or accurate.  Gearbest continues to try and blame the customer wherever they can.  Please take responsibility for costs associated with doing international business.  Or, don't do business if you cannot import the product!!!Has Gearbest not shipped pocket knives to the US before?  Can Gearbest provide any documentation stating where it was illegal for me to import pocket knives into the US (not switchblades)?  Your response to my complaint says I should check local import laws, which I have.  Can Gearbest show me where my local laws state I've done something wrong?For all I know you shipped me the incorrect order packaged unsafely which forced customs to destroy the contents.  I do not accept your response.  Please explain further so other potential customers can see the depth of Gearbest's distorted reasoning.

I have ordered a Xiaomi Power bank from Gearbest. They had the best price for me back then.
It took a week before they shipped it out, but after that, I received it within 2 weeks in Belgium.
The product itself is very good. And it's original, according to the verification website of the manufacter.
In the meantime, I needed to contact their customer service for a personal question. I quickly got a reply.
I would recommend this shop!

I placed an order for an item 7 weeks ago and still have not received my item despite being immediately charged $300 at the time I placed the order. The item was in stock and I was told that it would arrive in 8-15 business days. It has now been 36 business days. I have sent Gearbest several emails and have always been given false information in addition to 3 bogus tracking numbers. I found Gearbest to be untrustworthy and have illegal business policies. For reference, my order number is [redacted].
