They told me to wait another month.  My credit card should have never been charged. Still unable to track the package. [redacted] website only indicates a shipping label was created by Gearbest. Still no phone number given or an offer for a refund after multiple messages requesting one.

 I have attached a clear picture from my credit card statement showing the exact purchase amount of $87.47 being charged to my credit card from GEAR BEST.  It is not my problem as a customer who has clearly paid as per the proof of purchase provided that something went wrong within YOUR system. I clearly have paid for my items and expect them to be shipped to me RUSHED, free of charge.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Gearbest.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 They sent me a [redacted] message, they would not contact me by my email. They wrote the first time and said the order was not ready yet...

and it would be a while longer(this is after I asked repeatedly for a refund) after I said no I have asked for a refund they sent another message back asking if I would like a refund to a "GB Wallet", I said absolutely not I have told you I want a refund to original method of payment. Then they sent their last message on January [redacted] at 8:27pm and they stated "  [redacted]" This is the exact text I received I have a copy of it all, I still have Not received my refund.
