 They are still refusing to give me my refund. They want me to wait another 15 days because they claim the product has been shipped out but they have yet to show me any proof. I've been waiting a month now. I do not want to wait another 15 days. I just want my money back.

The cheapest and reliable than all.
I have often get items from them and I have stayed Delighted!
They have the best prices on products and after sale is flawless.
Last order are [redacted] and received quick and hassle.
Excellent choice!

I ordered a hover board at the first of February. Their advertisement stated that it ships within 3 days. They received my payment but needed me to do a standard anti-fraud check on my information. I gave them that information the following day. I have sent several messages to their support center and finally received one 2 weeks ago stating that the order was processed and they would send me tracking information. I still have not received any tracking info and I have called their phone number several times within the last three days and no one answers. The first few times the phone was never answered then I later got a recording saying "please call again". Now today I get a another recording to "please leave a message" So I did. We will see if I get any return call back and hopefully good news on my order.
I am worried that this company is a scam. They have my money but I can't get any help to check on my order.

should make it very explicit on their website the their ordering and shipping does not follow US standard of ordering, processing and delivery. The issue can be closed as resolved

I am happy that Gearbest has at least responded and acknowledges they made a mistake, however, they have not done anything to rectify their mistake in terms of a full refund. This is something I am hoping they will accept responsibility for and process a refund. I also hope that their response is meaningful and true and that they will work better in handling returns for their customers in the future.

I use the services GearBest already half a year.
Pleasantly the support service surprises - answers are accurate, exact, useful.
All goods that I ordered, were shipped within 2-3 days. Some and on the same day.
All of them work without complaints. Though there is also a guarantee :)
Good shop. I recommend.

I would like documented proof that my package and the contents therein were destroyed by customs or your shipper as you describe.  Without documented proof I cannot accept your response as being legitimate, honest or accurate.  
Gearbest continues to try and blame the customer wherever they can.  Please take responsibility for costs associated with doing international business.  Or, don't do business if you cannot import the product!!!
Has Gearbest not shipped pocket knives to the US before?  Can Gearbest provide any documentation stating where it was illegal for me to import pocket knives into the US (not switchblades)?  Your response to my complaint says I should check local import laws, which I have.  Can Gearbest show me where my local laws state I've done something wrong?
For all I know you shipped me the incorrect order packaged unsafely which forced customs to destroy the contents.  
I do not accept your response.  Please explain further so other potential customers can see the depth of Gearbest's distorted reasoning.
