received email from them stating they would refund my credit card, waiting for that payment to go through before I am satisfied.  however they stated they are avalible for live chat 24/7 which they are not once you have made a purchase, they are only availible for live chat prior to  purchasing.

 They made this cut and paste response last time. Then talked to me through their ticket system. We came to an agreement, then they backed out of the agreement when the Revdex.com ticket was closed. I do not plan on closing this complaint until they honor their last offer. Otherwise they will make promises for a third time and not back them up.

When I gave proof that there wasn't a problem with the payment, they tried to give me 6 dollars to let it go

because:
They offered what.I thought was.refund.however it.was.for 12.dollars of store credit. I just paid 15$ to habe.them.ship.me.a new product and I paid.over 50 for the.orginal product back.in April. I told them.No that.is ludicrous! Instead of replying to my responses they keot sendinf me measages but ignored every word I said. It ws as if they were just having a discussion with themselves. I have never been so disgusted with a company.in my entire LIFE! THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR THEFT ABD FRAUD AND HELP ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CRIMES PLAIN AND SIMPLE

 I made the initial order with my [redacted] card.  I immediately received an email saying the order is postponed until I send photo ID and a photo of my credit card.  I contacted [redacted] and spoke with the fraud department.  They explained that a vendor should verify with the bank and not with me.  They advised me not to send the documentation and cancel the order.  I immediately emailed Gearbest cancelling the order.  I attempted but they do not let you speak to anyone.  Gearbest's reply states that they need photo ID and a picture of my credit card to verify my identity.  If that is true, then when I refused to send the ID and cancelled the order, why did they ship the merchandise?  If they suspected fraud or could not verify an address the order should have remained postponed.  Unless there is another reason for gathering picture ID.  Perhaps fraud?I never agreed to send ID and asked the order be cancelled.  Days after the cancellation and receiving an email that they will respond to my inquiry they charged my account and shipped the merchandise.  This is fraudulent or incompetence.  Either way I would like verification that my account was credited back.  I have been advised by [redacted] fraud department to refuse shipping and return the merchandise to sender.  Thank you,[redacted]
