I am rejecting this response because: I realize that there are different levels of technology training in their organization One day I am told that I am have to be sent a Flash Drive and the next day I called and everything was corrected in only hours rather than (which caused more problems than were corrected) I have received a voice message from Ryan, GSL's CS Supervisor When I can be assured that I will receive a technician with the advanced skill level who corrected my problems on the second call, I may be satisfied However, claiming they have no control over the mail is not true Rather than send a Flash Drive (or any equipment) in - days is not true It could be sent by express mail
