Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Per my original complaint, "I would like a letter from the company that ?1? acknowledges that my computer did not in fact contact the
company, ?2? apologizes for not respecting the national do not call list, ?3? apologizes for not respecting my
repeated requests, ?4? affirms the company's action to remove me from its call list, and ?5? stipulates a
penalty of $100 to be paid by to me by the company if they contact me by phone -- again wasting my time." 
At this point, the company has only addressed item 4.  If the company does not address also at least items 1-3, then it is failing to acknowledge its wrongdoing.  And, no, I did not incorrectly identify a different company via caller ID.  Additionally, on at least three occasions, I asked the rude, high-pressure sales person for the company's name and operating location.  I received the same information each time.

I am rejecting this response because: I got in contact with Geek Support Live and talked to a...

customer service personal. I got the run around and they refused to to give my money back for services ($400 virus scan protection). I tried to explain that I got in contact with the Revdex.com. He said that the services rendor were perform according  to all the terms. He wanted me to log on to their site and let them have control of my computer. I told him that the letter I received from the Revdex.com said that the service would be cancel and that I wanted my money back to settle my claim. He said that I would not received my money back because I wouldn't buy the hacker  program to fix my computer.I would like to talk to the customer at their Connecticut office. My cell phone is [redacted] and want to talked to someone that can speak good English and can give me respect when I'm talking to them about this issue.I did try to e-mail you ([redacted]) but my server sent back a MAILER Domain message.

I am rejecting this response because it is a plain lie. This company uses lies to get people to purchase products. It's unethical, immoral and plain sinful. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. They did not scam me out of any money. I'm just trying to do my part so they don't scam anyone else.
