If they chose to sign up with us, we offer them our plan that best suits their needs. GDOCK is a computer Application that has computer cleaning software, safe remote session software, registry cleaner, temporary file cleaner, computer performance optimizer and defragmenting software. These softwares helps in overall computer safety and optimize its performance. It is not an anti-virus. 
 
This customer was notified that the program they selected was one of our best programs and they opt from paying with their credit card but asked if they could pay the balance with a check which we never received.  
Moreover, we have [redacted] certified and [redacted] Certified Technicians and support genuine windows users. However, we are not part of [redacted].
As customer service is our top priority, we will go ahead and issue $100 refund to Mr [redacted]. He will email him refund receipt once refund is proccessed.

The sales people or person, as it is always a similar Eastern Idian accented male, have been rude and unsympathetic to my request to stop calling. Today 1/26/2016 I have received six calls between 11:46 am and 6:21pm EST.

I had a very good experience with the tech named Ben P[redacted] and phillip A[redacted] from geek support . he has assured me that everything will be ok . there is no charge today for the correction or protection of this computer . for I am without funds today. geek support is really helpful and yes I would recommend them
