I want to commend the work of the Geek tech team and Mr Joseph B[redacted] for their fixing of a very complicated computer problem There were multiple problems that required a great deal of repairs. They were diligent and very competent in their knowledge of the Windows 10 operating system.

The work he said he was going is fine with me and he was upfront with what had to be done. thank you

I am rejecting this response because: The contact numbers...

provided in this response were not provided to me at the time of service, just the ones that didn't work or kept me on permanent hold.  Now, post filing a complaint, they suddenly provide new contact numbers? As previously stated, service was not provided. No improvement in PC function. No Web Root security software. I do not wish to deal with these people anymore. Note all their other Revdex.com complaints. I just want refund.

I am rejecting this response because: Removing my phone number from the database doesn't prevent these unethical tactics for sales to be used against...

unsuspecting people who are not tech savvy. An investigation into their sales practices should be reviewed.

I am rejecting this response because: The payment made was processed by the same person that charged me additional monies. The business takes no responsibility but there is a connection between the business and the employee who somehow was able to contact me as a result of my association with the business. At the point that my [redacted] charge could not allegedly be processed additional payments were made via money gram and or [redacted], only to find out later the charge to [redacted] had gone through.
I have only been contacted by one person representing the business through telephone solicitation. The business claims it does not operate in this manner. I fail to understand how a charge was made and processed by the same person and the business has record of the transaction but not of the employee. It is obvious that I have been swindled, but someone at the business is supplying customer information to an outside source that hold people and their computers hostage until payments are made. I feel very strongly that my complaint does not stand alone.

We can only help someone if they call our numbers that are submitted to them and its the same numbers we have had for over 4 years.  If anyone ask for help or assistance we only use these numbers and we have many technicians willing to assist them.
We also send everyone a brochure and welcome letter with the same numbers printed on each package.  I can only say we can't please the world but we do please thousands of customers with very little problems.  i can only reiterate FOR REFUND KINDLY CALL THE SAME NUMBERS GIVEN AND WE WILL HELP YOU.
