I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have not answered their calls because they traumatized me so terribly and I do not want to give them the chance to repeat that experience!   The experiences and expenses in time and emotions, closing my bank account and reopening another, etc. to prevent them from using the check they forced me to write and they scanned during the very upsetting experience is payment enough for my dealing with them.  Their calls were coming to my home phone and to my mobile phone at night, on Sundays, and even on the 4th of July!  I blocked the numbers but they found another and left another voicemail on my cell phone just recently.  I will not have anything further to do with these people!

Customers normally receive computers (complementary...

with certain plains) within 2-3 weeks.  Upon receiving refund request, we have already issued full credit/refund of $1500 to customer.  We pride in our customer service and for any reason if customer is not satisfied we issue credit/refund to our customer.

Ben P[redacted] was very helpful in fixing my computer and he said that it wouldn't cost me anything because I am a senior citizen couldn't afford to pay. Geek Support Live is proved to be a user friendly company...I appreciate the work...thank you so much for fixing my computer.. god bless them.

It was a great work on my laptop which was not connected to the internet Alvin W[redacted] helped to connect my laptop &tablet to the internet and all the virus from my computer

I am very confused with this person and their comment about our company and this is why????
Many of our technicians are [redacted] certified technicians and they may mention the same to the customers and it seems the customer misunderstood it. Also, we only support genuine [redacted] users only.
Also, we have delivered their complimentary All-in-One Printer (carrier [redacted], Tracking # [redacted]) on Nov.10.2015. Since, you have disputed the charge and we have already issued you 100% refund, than you must immediately return the printer back to us.  (we have emailed you return label). Once you return our printer, your account stands closed.
We receive customers who take advantage of our company and later make fictitious claims and we always help them but if we find we have issues with anyone than our company always returns the money back to them but many never return their laptops or other products back to us. Please see that this customer returns their printer back to our company.
