I have been receiving numerous telephone calls from a representative from "Geek Support Live" stating that my computer has been contacting them with possible virus issues. They also call my husband on his cell phone, and he does not even know how to use a computer. I have had my computer scanned multiple times for [redacted] or viruses and all is coming up negative for threats. I believe that they have shady practices and I would like to have my number removed from their database permanently. Then they just hang up very rudely. PLEASE HAVE THEM REMOVE MY PHONE NUMBER FROM THEIR SYSTEM

I am rejecting this response because:
I reject this response because the guy who said he couldn't find a record of calling my phone number is a blatant liar. This company is obviously very dishonest as evidenced by their business model. I didn't spend 15 or 20 minutes arguing with a ghost and I most certainly did not make this up. If this company was honest, I would be able to call the number that I was called from, but its a recording for a number that isn't in service. Honest companies don't spoof their numbers. This guy and this company is a joke and a scam. They will continue to screw over elderly folks and those who aren't techno savvy. But hey, this is America. Customers normally receive computers (complementary...

with certain plains) within 2-3 weeks.  Upon receiving refund request, we have already issued full credit/refund of $1500 to customer.  We pride in our customer service and for any reason if customer is not satisfied we issue credit/refund to our customer.

Received a call from an "unavailable" number. I man with a heavy accent said he was with "Geek Support Live." I asked over and over where they got my phone number, and what they were selling, and was finally told they got my phone number from [redacted]. These people are obnoxious, rude, and obviously preying on people who are less than experienced using a computer! After interrupting me to tell me again my computer was "infected," they finally hung up on me. I will report them to [redacted] and the FTC.

I am very confused with this person and their comment about our company and this is why????
Many of our technicians are [redacted] certified technicians and they may mention the same to the customers and it seems the customer misunderstood it. Also, we only support genuine [redacted] users only.
Also, we have delivered their complimentary All-in-One Printer (carrier [redacted], Tracking # [redacted]) on Nov.10.2015. Since, you have disputed the charge and we have already issued you 100% refund, than you must immediately return the printer back to us.  (we have emailed you return label). Once you return our printer, your account stands closed.
We receive customers who take advantage of our company and later make fictitious claims and we always help them but if we find we have issues with anyone than our company always returns the money back to them but many never return their laptops or other products back to us. Please see that this customer returns their printer back to our company.
