I am rejecting this response because: I want to make sure this business 'never' contacts this number again.  Though they have not called me again if they do I will hang up
on them again. The number called was [redacted]. I do not 'ever' want to
be contacted by this company again and have already taken steps with
the phone company to block this number. And want a written promises of it that why when they breach it I have further recourse.

This company appears to be reliable in an otherwise unreliable field. They are available to assist on a 24/7 basis.

These guys are a hack... they will "fix" your computer, get into your files looking for personal info.. and then try to take you for as much as they can get...they are tough to get rid of... don't do any business with them just hang up!!!

This is a company that scams young adults into thinking they somehow know their computer has an issue. They come called my teenage daughter and talked her into paying to have them "fix" her computer. There was nothing wrong with her computer but they convinced her there was. When I figured out that she had given them her debit card number I immediately called them to cancel the service. Odd that I continued to talk to the same two men over a two day span trying to resolve this issue. One time they hung up on me and one time they said they would refund the $100 for bogus services but they never did. The "supervisor" claimed after I called they tried to call me several times. Hello...we can see who calls when on our phones. I can't believe people are allowed to get away with this. Horrible horrible. Please give this company the F they deserve. A D is too kind. What a sham. You should be ashamed of yourself for scamming people.

Michael was very easy to work with and didn't waste anytime finding and fixing the problems I have he is an asset to his company. I recommend this company very highly.

Just received a call from a very rude agent. I asked him nicely to remove my name from calling lists and to please stop calling me. He told me that they will never stop calling and will continue to do so until I create an account with them, then close the account. I was called an it, [redacted], and some other choice words, but those I remember specifically. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the response was, if I was not a member, then they will not let me speak to anyone. I was hung up on both times. This business is a complete joke, run by some foreignors who cannot complete a sentence in English, but do very well at finding ways to insert insults. I hope this place gets run out of business and I will do everything I can to assist. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS, THEY ARE COMPLETELY TRYING TO SIGN UP AND GET US TO BELONG TO THEIR MEMBERSHIP VIA COLD CALLS.

I am rejecting this response because:
The nature of my complaint is that (1) the business  is misrepresenting itself (by not promptly identifying the name of the company "Geek Support Live" at the beginning of their sales calls and instead implying that it is [redacted] customer service"--a practice commonly referred to as a "[redacted] scam"), and (2) that they are refusing to identify sales calls as such (despite telemarketing sales regulations requiring that they do so). Removing my name from their call list does not resolve either of those issues. They need to dramatically alter their regular business practices in order to resolve these issues.
