Dear Rachel: Thank you for the courtesy of a reply As I mentioned today to the customer service agent by phone, I decline to accept the $credit in lieu of the delivery of the purchased chair. When I requested to speak to a manger on the phone today, I was put on hold and later told by the customer service agent who spoke to the manager that he as the customer service agent could only offer me that Kim would reach out to talk to me within the next hours I have been told three times previously that an "escalation" was being made and I was assured I would be called within business days I have received zero calls and zero e-mails to-date. As requested previously, if by March ***, I do not receive the chair I purchased (on the premise of delivery by February **) and have already been charged for, then I need a full refund of what I paid as I will need to find and purchase two identical chairs for use in my private practice Best Regards,

Per Gucci, the maker of the bag that Gilt is reselling, the product dimensions you provided are incorrectI need a refund back immediately as I do not want to be a customer of Gilt moving forwardAgain, I was promised a bag that was inches in length and instead I received one that was The handle size was also falsely advertised and uncomfortable on ones shoulderThe maker of the bag stands by its products dimensions and Gilt falsely advertised different dimensions of the same bagYou offered me no options other than a return label and a promise the item would be refunded, which it was notGilt has since then resold the bag I returned for a higher priceI was not offered a call to discuss Gilts actions and what my options would beGilt has no official return policy on final sale return items (and in this case items that are falsely advertised)This is not asking much of a company whose annual returns are in the millions and a company who already sold the product I returned (gilt suffered no loss and instead profited by selling it for higher than the price I paid after I used a gilt permission codeOnly I suffered when I received a bag w incorrect dimensions and the forced loss of $with no bag after I was guaranteed a return)

The reason the orders were cancelled was because of Terms of Service abuse. The terms of service are as follow " A $GILT promotional gift card code to *** or ***Redeem in app by 4:a.mET on Wednesday 8/**/Gift card code is not valid on Gilt Travel or in the Gilt
Store within Saks OFF 5th.Promotional gift card code may be suspended or terminated at any time and may be subject to product restrictions or exclusionsLimit one per person." The member redeemed numerous gift cards which breached the Terms of Service outlined above.At the time of the first call only one order had been flagged as having multiple gift cards applied to it so that is why that was cancelled.It was later flagged that the member in question had other orders with multiple gift cards which therefore breached the terms of service so that is why they were cancelled
