 This is the second complaint with Revdex.com. The first was closed after Michael Kors said they would reach out to me to resolve the issue. MK did in fact reach out (ticket #[redacted]) and sent me a shipping label to send them my defective handbag that had been repaired twice and still was not functioning. Using the label I shipped my handbag to MK. I was told it takes 3-5 days to inspect the bag. The bag was delivered to MK on Dec. [redacted] yet when I reach out to Michael Kors to find out the status, they give me zero information. In fact, there is no record that they even have the handbag. I has been OVER a month and this company has made no effort to resolve this issue. They have sent me generic 'cut and paste' responses to my emails. I have even contacted them via Facebook and was told someone would get back to me. I have received not even a voicemail! Now I have no bag AND no answers! I am livid. Worst customer service I have ever received which is sad because I actually love the brand and have many of their products.

[redacted] was contacted by Randal D., our corporate Consumer Support Coordinator on 8/** where she was asked to forward detailed photos of her handbag. After her photos were reviewed by our Quality Assurance team...

we made the determination her hand displayed signs of normal wear and tear. On 8/[redacted] was contacted by Randal, where he then explained to her that her item was not deemed defective and why. Prior to the this claim we have made two courtesy exceptions for [redacted] for merchandise that was not deemed defective. We will uphold our determination on this claim. the worst I've ever experienced. They told me that since I didn't have proof of purchase from [redacted] that they would have to utilize the date of manufacturing of the product instead of the date of purchase. In that case they informed me that they add on an extra 6 months warranty and to the 1 year warranty that's given at the time of purchase. Even after the additional 6 months they said that I can have them repair the handbag but at my own expense. I stated that I own thousands of dollars in their merchandise and that I was getting ready to purchase another item from them when I noticed my handbags stitching was coming undone at the seam. I explained to the representative I was talking to that in that case, I wouldn't be willing to shop at my favorite designer due to their unwillingness to back up their products in order to satisfy and show consumers that you want to keep their business and provide outstanding customer service.  The business has made contact via email.  I do not agree with their statement & I am currently waiting on a response. The business stated they had contacted in February with additional forms, but I never received anything.  I have asked them to resend & to let me know how to expect the form.  This issue is active, but NOT resolved.  Thank you.
