Since the initial complaint on 8/**/16, we were able to locate an exact replacement for the customer and have since placed an order for the item (Order placed 8/**/16). We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer.

The call center has reached out and made contact with the customer. They've asked for the customer to send in the shoes for a warranty determination. Once the shoes have been inspected the customer will be contacted for a resolution.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Our records show the customer was issued a refund on 3/**/17.

 I did tried to contact them several times before having to issue a Revdex.com complaint because all I would hear is that I would be contacted and it never happened, I have phone records and everything. I did received an email a week ago about them sending a replacement, however im still waiting on tracking number so that im able to track the package this time myself.
