This is not an acceptable answer from a business that claims to be high quality and certainly charges as suchThis is the material you use, and you should stand by it and how long it lastsI was given this gift last April, which means that byy the time I contacted your customer service team it should, according t your policy, still be under "warranty"So now, not only it's not a defect and you Cabot back up your quality, but you are also saying that it could deteriorate faster siento the material and use. These are the answers I have received so far from your company, none which attempt to address the unsatisfactory situation for one of your customers: it is not a defect because the material is prone to scalp, and even though you offer a "limited" one year warranty, you are claiming it is not under warranty even though it was a gift given less than a year ago from the first contact with youIt seems like instead of looking after your customers to ensure the high amount of money spent on your products is worth and they are satisfies, you keep fishing for reasons not to back up your product. this is a very not customer oriented approach and response, and it says a lot about your brand and your customer service and policyI would like to continue to escalate this issue until your quality and response matches your quality and customer service so called policy,since so gas it has not.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenienceThe customer was misinformed regarding the status of her handbag when she initially contacted our officeThe customer had another ticket created where all the information was inputted the day the bag was receivedThe customers handbag was inspected on 12/*/Having noticed our error, we emailed the customer on1/**/issuing her a virtual gift card and providing her with a replacement list to select a replacement fromThe customer has since provided her selection and an order was placed today 1/**/

Our records show an attempt to contact the customer was made on 7/** and 7/** with no return communicationWe are currently still awaiting on a call back in order to resolve this matter

Please be advised our records do not match the customers concernsWe have been working with the customer since receiving her handbag in November We have been in communication with the customer several time in an effort to offer a replacementA selection was made and a replacement order was
placed

Their response is just letting me provide them again the order number for the missing handbag (on Dec **, 2016). I provide those numbers but still did not receive any further (or real) response from them up to now.

Tracking information is provided to customers per request if its available. Tracking information is only available when a package is ready to ship or has already shipped. Our records show the customers package was delivered and signed for on Mon 2/**/2016 10:42 am.

 They have not changed their deceptive consumer practice regarding  on -line shopping and sale items. You have to...

open their policy to be informed regarding their no return, no exchange policy on sale items. Nowhere during the purchase process do they inform you that this is a "final sale" item.  i do not believe this is standard practice as this is the first time I have ever experienced this. They offered to make a "one time only" special exception and let me exchange the item but I refused as I said I was more interested in them making their return policy more transparent to the consumer. Even the sales slip that accompanied the item did not say final sale. I informed them that I would not shop at Michael Kors any longer but if I wanted to purchase any of their items I would instead do it at a [redacted] or [redacted] where you can return sale items.
