I spoke to Randall D[redacted] from Michael Kors we did not come to any resolution. They are insisting there's nothing wrong with my pocketbook material that it is soposto slouch over completely. He said there's nothing that they can do for me I also told him I was not a happy customer and he really did not care how I felt he told to to purchase another style handbag so it won't happen again

This is the same solution to the issue as I had received from the MK Customer Service Department.  It is not acceptable in my case.  In all my communications through email with the Customer Service Dept. no one ever suggested I return the boots to the store.  After being told to ship the boots back to MK and doing so and then having them offer up the MK gift card, I asked for the boots to be returned to me.  The [redacted] store has offered to accept the boots for return as long as they are in their original box.  I could never get a straight answer from the MK [redacted] as to whether or not they were willing to return the boots to me.  At that point she would not accept calls from me.  I would still either like a check for the cost of the defective boots (including the tax)  and the shipping expense.  Or as another less desirable option, I would the boots returned to me in the original box which they were sent in.  These MK boots have cost me so much money, time and aggravation that I believe I am justified in receiving a decent resolution to this issue.

I have not heard from the company. My glasses have been at the warranty company since JANUARY. How is this legal and acceptable? I need my replacement!

No, you are not standing behind your product, as you are mentioning your "limited warranty" however my issue seems to not qualify for it, even though it was purchased within the one year you state. You just have a warranty, but seem to select who qualifies for it and who doesn't, which is not the way (or any way) to stand by your product. You just say you have a warranty, and then decide if you want to honor it or not. Bottomline is, you have a very unsatisfied consumer here, with proof of a bad quality of your product, and are CHOOSING not to honor your quality promise and make things right. An honorable company that stands by their products makes every effort to correct any issues a consumer has had with their product - you have done zero attempts to make this situation right. That is very disappointing from a customer and consumer stand point.

was told I needed to pay for Next Day delivery after [redacted] would not honor their advertisement.  The company did agree to reimburse $30 I paid for next day shipping.  However, the company can't follow-through on the shipping timeline.  The product was supposed to be delivered Friday afternoon (Thursday night I called customer service and they assured me the product would arrive on Friday afternoon).  Michael Kors didn't create the shipment until Friday at 10AM!  I spoke with Issac (Customer Service Manager) and he refused to make this right and have the product overnighted.  I will have to explain to my children and wife why there mother doesn't have a mothers day present.
