Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Michael Kors regarding complaint ID [redacted] I tried to resolve the issue with the business prior to contacting you as well as, prior to filing a complaintThey weren't very helpful at all and the customer service was one of the worst I've ever experiencedThey told me that since I didn't have proof of purchase from [redacted] that they would have to utilize the date of manufacturing of the product instead of the date of purchaseIn that case they informed me that they add on an extra months warranty and to the year warranty that's given at the time of purchaseEven after the additional months they said that I can have them repair the handbag but at my own expenseI stated that I own thousands of dollars in their merchandise and that I was getting ready to purchase another item from them when I noticed my handbags stitching was coming undone at the seamI explained to the representative I was talking to that in that case, I wouldn't be willing to shop at my favorite designer due to their unwillingness to back up their products in order to satisfy and show consumers that you want to keep their business and provide outstanding customer serviceHe replied " [redacted] Sincerely, - [redacted] ***
