Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This is the second complaint with Revdex.comThe first was closed after Michael Kors said they would reach out to me to resolve the issueMK did in fact reach out (ticket # [redacted] ) and sent me a shipping label to send them my defective handbag that had been repaired twice and still was not functioningUsing the label I shipped my handbag to MKI was told it takes 3-days to inspect the bagThe bag was delivered to MK on Dec [redacted] yet when I reach out to Michael Kors to find out the status, they give me zero informationIn fact, there is no record that they even have the handbagI has been OVER a month and this company has made no effort to resolve this issueThey have sent me generic 'cut and paste' responses to my emailsI have even contacted them via Facebook and was told someone would get back to meI have received not even a voicemail! Now I have no bag AND no answers! I am lividWorst customer service I have ever received which is sad because I actually love the brand and have many of their products In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Please be advised we have emailed the consumer at the email address provided on the complaint form. We will allow a courtesy exception and accommodate a return of the unused item with the tags and packaging. The customer has been instructed to return the product with the completed return form using... the prepaid label provided in the original package.

Our customer service has reached out to the customer and is currently working with the customer under the warranty process

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused [redacted] the customers inquiry about her replacement order should have been addressed differently and for this we apologize and assure you we will address the matter with the involved partiesIt seems the customer’s order may have experienced unforeseen problems due to inventory and shipping delaysOur records indicate the customer was offered a $appeasement gift card, and a new selection has been providedWe confirm a new order was placed today for the customers new selection

Please be advised, we received correspondence in regards to [redacted] claim on 8/** [redacted] was contacted by Randal D., our corporate Consumer Support Coordinator on 8/ [redacted] where she was asked to forward detailed photos of her handbagAfter her photos were reviewed by our Quality Assurance team we made the determination her hand displayed signs of wear and tearOn 8/ [redacted] was contacted by Randal, where he then explained to her that her item was not deemed defective and whyPrior to the this claim we have made two courtesy exceptions for [redacted] for merchandise that was not deemed defectiveWe will uphold our determination on this claimFor additional information on our warranty process, please visit [redacted]

Please be advised we have corrected the item description on our website to reflect the correct measurements of inchesAs a token of our appreciation for bringing the situation to our attention, we will be sending the customer a $virtual gift card to the customer via the email address provided on this complaintLastly, after review of the representative's interaction, she has been removed from our services

We are sorry for the inconvenienceUnfortunately the customer stuffed the return into a smaller box that caused deep creases and bends, effectively damaging the productFor this reason we cannot accept it back
