Review: I CONTACTED TEH COMPANY BACK IN MAY 2014 AS MY CELL PHONE WASNT WORKING. THEY ADVISED A CLAIM HAD TO BE OPENED AND STARTED WHICH IS WAS ON THE [redacted] OF MAY, 2014. THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD 95.00 AND THEN 381.00, I HAD RETURNED TO THEM MY CELL PHONE AS THEY SAID IT WAS PRACTICE AND A NEW ONE WOULD BE SENT OUT TO ME. AFTER 4 WEEKS OF NO REPLYT I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PHONE WASNT AVAILABLE I WOULD GET A REFUND FOR THE ABOVE CHARGES AND THAT THE CHEQUE FOR THE PHONE VALUE OF 400.00 WOULD BE SENT OUT TO ME. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FUNDS OR MY CELL PHONE BACK AND I HAVE CONTATED THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN SERVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REPLY. I AM OUT ALOT OF MONEY AND THE CELL PHONE DUE TO THIS COMPANY BEING IN BREACH OF CONTRACTDesired Settlement: MY RETURN OF FUND AND THE CHEQUE FOR $400.00 THAT I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED ALREADY.
Review: In February 2014, I filed a claim because my Samsung Galaxy S3 was stolen ([redacted]). GWG told me over the phone that they were unable to replace my phone because they did not have any S3s. So they offered to send me a cheque for $578.00. I agreed to receiving the cheque in place of a replacement phone. It is now September 2014 and I have yet to receive the money. I received an email from GWG Customer Service in May stating they were still processing the claim and their apologizes for the delay. I spoke with a [redacted] on the phone at length, she assured me that I would get my money but she didn't know how long it would take. Now, when I attempt to call the company it ALWAYS disconnects me.Desired Settlement: I would like the cheque for 578.00 that I was granted over 6 months ago.
Review: Purchased warranty with contract of phone. Dropped phone screen broke so I put a claim through Global warranty group July [redacted]. They gave me a claim tracking number. The woman said I would receive replacement phone within 4 business days. Called a few days later said no phones would send a cheque ($550) to replace phone on my own. There was a charge added to my credit card within 24 hours for $99 however I have not received a cheque or replacement phone. The phone number is currently out of service for global warranty group.

Response:
At this time, I have not been contacted by Global Warranty Group regarding complaint ID [redacted].
Sincerely,
Review: I purchased a pre-paid Insurance for one of my cell phones through a Verizon dealer. Global Warranty Group either will not honor the terms of the contract.
I called them in November 2013 and opened a claim. On 11/**/2013, I was contacted and told that they could not replace my cell phone and offered to send a check for $650,00. I agreeded to the check and was told it would take 4-6 weeks and a deducable of approx $175 was charged to my credit card and a hold for $699 was placed if I didn't returm my phone. I contacted Global Warranty on 12/**/2013 after I noticed that I was charged $699 because I hadn't returned my phone. I didn't return the phone because Global Warrenty did not send me a phone in 48 hours (whcih was promised) nor a check when I was informed that they couldn't replace my model. I was told that I would get a refund for the $699 when I return the phone. I don't like this but I can accept it BUT, I still have not received the check.
When I called on 12/**/2013, [redacted] and [redacted] told me that the accounting and esclation departments were on holiday and I would get a call by the end of the day on 12/**/2013. As of 1/*/2014, I still haven't received a call or a check.
I called 1/*/2014, again, I couldn't talk to the esclation or account department, [redacted] and [redacted] saw the request for esclation in 2013 and I was told they can only email. When I asked who I could esclate to or complain to, I was told NOBODY.
When I asked who [redacted] of the company was, I wasn't answered. When I asked what I could do, I was told the would esclate again.
This company either is in serious financical trouble or a total fraud.Desired Settlement: What I would like is a status of my check, my check to be delivered and the final outcome is a reversal of the $699 charge to my credit card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and assuming that I receive the check and get the credit, the matter will be closed.
Thank you very much for your help with this request.
Sincerely,
Review: We purchased insurance for two cell phones from this company. When it came time to use this insurance we found what we purchased and what was provided were very different. After the company was unable to replace the two phones we had no choice but to accept a cheque which did not allow us to replace the phone without renewing our contract early or costing us substantially more than what the cheque was for. The bigger problem is that the first cheque was requested in November and it has still not been issued. They will not allow us to contact anyone past the initial call centre and cannot offer any explanation as to when we will receive our money. [redacted] will not take responsibility for selling the insurance and GWG will not take responsibility for their unacceptable service. They currently have two phones from our home and owe us $1,100.00 dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like some assistance in getting both cheques in a timely manner as I am now fearing I have purchased this insurance paid the premium and will never see our money. [redacted] is not helping as it is not their product and GWG has not been helpful. This process started with the first phone in late October - early November. The second claim was made late December but I fear based on past experience it will drag on as well. I know we are not the only [redacted] customers facing this issue.

Review: My claim number is [redacted]
I have $878 in their hands, and they are not delivering what they originally promised: my phone.
The catalyst for my complaint, is that I was told I would be contacted within 24-28 hours by the escalation team. Instead, I had to call back to find that they had gone ahead and started processing the check/claim that I was contesting instead. The phone reps have absolutely NO power to help you, and the people who apparently do are blatantly ignoring the customer.
My iphone 5 is badly cracked, and I put up 699.99 (plus the 179 dollar copay) to get a replacement iphone sent to me FIRST, so I would not be without a phone. Then I was called by the company, after hours, and told that my model was not found by your vendors so I was offered me a check. I shockingly accepted, and tried to call back immediately to contest that this was not ideal or what I had originally agreed to and paid for, but it was 6:30 and you were closed.
I called the next morning and explained that I had put a large sum of money aside: $699.99 + $179 fee to get my phone delivered to me so I would not be without a phone. And I firmly believe if you do not have my phone, I should get a better phone, the iphone 5s.
I said I didn't want the check, and told that was not a problem because it had not been put through to be processed yet. I was told my request would go to the escalation team and I would be contacted between 24 and 48 hours. But I was not contacted, and so I called back and told by an employee that the check was going through for processing- which is completely unacceptable! They also said they had no power over the situation and had no idea why I was not being contacted like they said I would be.
I did not put all that money upfront, $878.99 ( MORE THAN THE COST OF A NEW IPHONE 5S) to get a check for less than I can find a similar phone. I request to talk to someone immediately- as I was promised I could. If you can not fulfill my request for an actual phone, my choice was going to be to CANCEL everything and get all the money I put upfront back- and go to a store to have them replace my cover for way less.Desired Settlement: I want to talk to someone who can actually help me, immediately.
I want the check cancelled, and a new, slate iphone 5s 16GB, since they cannot find my iphone 5 from their vendors (and I will return my cracked phone to them as agreed upon, then get my $699.99 hold refunded).
OR I want everything refunded, all $878.99, (and they can cancel the check), and I will take my phone elsewhere to get the screen fixed for considerably less.

Response:
Per the terms and conditions of the contract we are allowed to offer the current retail value of the phone on contract if we do not have stock of the phone. I show the customer has a Verizon iPhone 5 16gb in black which we have had limited inventory of. The current retail value of the phone per the carrier's website is $549.99 and we have offered $550.00. If customer does not wish to take the check we can find her a phone but timeframe will not be guaranteed due to Apple discontinuing the manufacturing of the iPhone 5 in September of 2013.

[Your Answer Here]
I understand the issue now, but I choose to cancel the claim and have my money refunded. I put up money being told I was being sent a phone, and because that is not happening I want to have my copay refunded and ensure the 699.99 hold is refunded as well.
I called again two days ago to cancel the claim, and again they have not gotten back to me within the 24-48 hours they promise. I would like to be contacted by Global warranty group to confirm the claim has been cancelled and money refunded.

Review: I purchased an extended warranty through the Global Warranty Group's Wireless Protection Program when I purchased a new phone in October 2013. About 10 days after the purchase I dropped the phone, shattering the screen. Under the Wireless Protection Program's Terms and Conditions, I was not allowed to make a claim during the first 30 days of the contract. However ridiculous this is, I called and was unable to have them replace the phone, but they said they would be happy to replace it after the 30 days. So I called 30 days later and they processed my claim with no problem and I paid the deductible for my plan at that time. A few days later, I was told they could not find the correct phone and offered me a check for the full retail value so I could purchase a new phone. This check was promised 4-6 weeks after I accepted it in lieu of a phone. It has now been more than 10 weeks and I have not received the check. I have made 5 phone calls and the claim has been escalated twice, but no one will call me back and I have not been contacted in any way regarding the timeline for my check. The only thing I am told is that the checks are being delayed recently.Desired Settlement: I have accepted the offer of a payment by check, but have not received the payment. I have paid for services that have not been provided as stated under the terms and conditions. I want the check in the amount of $500 that was promised to me.

Review: After returning my phone, which the company was not able to replace, I was told I'd receive a check for $477 as a replacement for the product. Not only have I not received the check (I was offered the check February [redacted]), but I have not received any status updates, despite my requests for updates. I feel sufficient time has passed since I first filed my claim over 2 months ago. I feel like I should have received a check by now or at least been updated regarding the situation. I've called the company many times only to be told that it's "been sent to escalations and I'll receive a call within 1-2 business days". I've yet to receive one of these calls and would like to be compensated especially since I'm being charged for the insurance policy. I don't even have the device covered under the plan anymore and probably shouldn't be paying the monthly premium.Desired Settlement: The check that was promised to me as retribution for the phone that wasn't able to be provided.

Review: My phone has a broken screen and the buttons on it are not working. As per the $150/2 year or 3 replacements deal I signed I thought I would call in to get a new phone. I called in and was told that they would charge me $800.00 until they received my phone and then another $150.00 for the phone or I could send them my phone and then they would ship me one. I decided that I would have them charge a credit card. They told me they would ship the phone and that by the end of the week someone would call me with a tracking number. The next week I called them back after not hearing anything and they told me that they did not have my phone and that they would be sending a cheque instead. I agreed to this. I started this process on Feb ** 2014 and it is now April * 2014 and I have still not heard anything. I have called and the people have said that they are processing the cheque and someone would get back to me...this has happened twice. I have sent 3 emails asking about it and still no response. I am frustrated as it has been over a month and I have been charged $950.00 and was told that I would have a new phone by the beginning of March.Desired Settlement: I would like my cheque/new phone as they have stated within 24 hours. I would also like an apology as this has been a huge ordeal for me and I have been late paying rent as the $800. should have been back on my credit card by now.

This Revdex.com complaint is being researched and worked daily until GWG is able to get you resolution. If this is regarding a check that was
accepted in lieu of a replacement phone GWG will make sure to fulfill all claims. However due to unexpected factors there has been a delay in our claims process. Please continue to be patient and we will be in touch as soon as we have resolution. GWG appreciates your business and patience as we continue to work through these issues.

Review: In February 2014 we contacted the Wire Protection Program ###-###-#### and spoke with a customer service representative to file a claim for a replacement phone to replace our damaged LG 4G LTE Verizon phone (###-###-####). We were initially informed that a replacement phone would be shipped to us within a couple of days. A few days later we received a call from Wireless Protection Program customer service representative informing us that they were unable to obtain a replacement phone from their suppliers and offered to send us a check in the amount of $575.00 as payment for a replacement phone. On March *, 2014 we accepted their offer of a check instead of a phone. We waited a few days without receiving a check and called the Wireless Protection Program and we were told that our check was in process. We have continued to call the ###-###-#### line approximately every 10 days or so. Each time we have spoken with a customer service representative they have informed us that our check was in process. Since it has been 3 months from our initial agreement to accept a check as payment for our damaged phone we feel that Global Warranty Group has not honored their warranty program commitment through their Wire Protection Program.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the check that was promised to us as a fulfillment of the commitment made to us by the Wireless Protection Program customer service representatives beginning on March *, 2014.

We received a check in the mail today June *, 2014 in the amount of $550.00 exactly one week after first contacting the Revdex.com. I credit the Revdex.com as the sole reason that this check is finally in our possession. Having said this, I feel that the actions that the Global Warranty Group took were completely unprofessional, irresponsible and dishonest in not honoring their warranty program commitment until we forced their hand by filing this complaint with the Revdex.com. The check that we received was dated March **, 2014, which means that they held this check for over 2 months and didn't release it for payment until the Revdex.com became involved. By creating a separate customer service company "Wireless Protection Program" under the Global Warranty Group umbrella, they have structured their company in such a way as to completely isolate the customer from any meaningful contact with anyone who can help them resolve their issues.
I find that complain ID [redacted], has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Review: I bought this warranty through Verizon wireless for $99.99, for if the cell phone was loss, stolen or damaged to be replaced. I was jumped and my phone stolen. Police report information was given to them. When you make this claim, you are to receive the phone in the mail in 2 days. Three weeks later still no phone. They called to say they would give me a check for $625.00 because they couldn't get ahold of this new phone. To walk into verizon wireless to purchase the phone is $799. I told them to mail me a new phone or mail me a check for $799. I still keep getting the answer on the phone that they will turn this matter into higher authority.Desired Settlement: $799

Review: My wife and I purchased contracts from a Verizon dealer selling Global Warranty (GW) insurance. My wifes screen cracked and she filed a claim with Global Warranty to replace her phone on 2/**/14. Global Warranty said they would overnight a phone to her after claim was approved in 24-48 hours. They also charged the $150 deductible and told her another charge for $699 (retail value of phone) would be charged on 3/**/14 if her broken phone wasn't returned. My wife called Global Warranty, again, a few days later when a phone had not been delivered. They told her that they don't have Iphone 5s and that someone from GW would contact her within 24-48 hours. A few more days passed and my wife called them AGAIN. This time they said no Iphone 5s were available and they'd see what they could do with our local Verizon store to get her a new phone and that someone would contact her within 24-28 hours. A few days later, my called back and was told GW would send a purchase order to our local store for a replacement phone. She called the Verizon store and they had no record of a PO being sent from GW. My wife called GW and asked them to cancel the claim, refund the deductible and release the $600 hold on our credit card. My wife reviewed our credit card statement and noticed the deductible was not refunded and the hold wasn't released either. She called them this morning and was told the claim would be cancelled and deductible refunded. I also called GW and spoke with [redacted] from the "Advanced Team" operator #1954 who told me that deductible is being refunded and hold will be released. I asked her to refund the premiums on my policy and my wife's policy---[redacted] #1954 said she couldn't refund our premiums because we were outside the 30 day free look period. [redacted] was useless and told me that the company didn't do anything wrong with fulfilling our claim. Unfortunately, our situation is almost identical to other Revdex.com complaints fould online.Desired Settlement: We'd like the $300 premiums refunded --- $150 each for (2) phones.

GWG did not have inventory of the customer's phone one contract so rather than offer a check for the retail value we reached out to the customer's dealer We R Wireless and asked them to provide a BRAND New phone to the customer in store. We sent the Purchase Order #[redacted] on 2/**/14. It was GWG's understanding that We R Wireless was going to reach out to the customer when the phone was ready for pick up. The customer called on 3/*/14 to cancel the claim and get the hold and deductible refunded. In order to do that GWG had to verify that no phone had been given out for this PO in the We R Wireless store. We were waiting for confirmation from We R wireless which we received 3/**/14. The claim was cancelled and refunded the hold and deductible at that time. It does take 3-5 business days to reflect on the customer's account.
GWG only gets a portion of the $ that is paid up front for the cost of the plan. All refunds for prepaid contracts have to be done by dealers who keep most of the money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
GWG never fulfilled their end of the insurance policy. They blame We R Wireless and We R Wireless blames them----GWG should not be selling insurance policies and collecting premiums if they can't fulfill claims.

Review: I made a claim for my broken phone on 1/**/2014 and as of 2/**/2014 I have not received my promised settlement check.
I purchased 24 months of ‘Ensquared Phone Insurance’ (now serviced by Global Warranty Group) on 8/*/2012
I called Global Warranty Group to report my phone had a cracked screen on 1/**/2014. When I had not received any contact, I called again on 2/*/1014 to request the status of my claim. I was offered a $450 settlement check in lieu of a replacement phone as they did not have any comparable replacements to offer. I accepted this $450 settlement check.
I called again on 2/**/2014 as I had received no contact and no return label for my broken phone as of that date. I spoke with a [redacted], who advised me he would email me the return label which I did receive at that time. [redacted] could not offer a status on my check because he ‘did not have access to that informaiton’ but advised he would escalate the matter for the ‘Accounting Department’ to call me to advise on the status of my settlement check.
I purchased a replacement phone with my own money and returned the broken phone with the provided return UPS shipping label (Tracking # [redacted]). The broken phone was received by Global Warrenty Group on 2/**/2014
I have since called back on 2/**/2014 and 2/**/2014 to enquire about the status of my check and was told both times they do not have access to the status of my check but would ‘escalate’ my file for the ‘Accounting Department’ to call me back with a status on my check.
I have fulfilled my obligations to report the claim and return my broken phone and have paid out of pocket for a replacement phone. Global Warranty Group has failed to provide the promised settlement check, has failed to contact me with a check status, and failed to initially send me a return-shipping label when I reported the claim.Desired Settlement: I NEED to receive my $450 settlement check.
I want to receive a letter of apology
I want to receive additional compensation for Global Warranty Group’s failure to adequately resolve my claim within a reasonable amount of time. I would be satisfied if this were to be a reimbursement of my $75 deductible.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
1) On 3/**/2014 I received and deposited my $450 check from Global Warranty Group. This was the most important part of my requested resolution and it has been resolved.
2) I never received a call with the status although I was told on several occasions I would receive one.
3) I have not received any apology from Global Warranty Group.
4) My request for my deductible to be refunded has not been addressed.
5) I think I am at least due an apology for the Global Warranty Group's failing to adhere to their promises under the insurance/warranty provided. Global Warranty Group never contacted me once throughout the entire claims process. This matter was NOT resolved in a reasonable or timely fashion. Had I not had the funds to purchase a new phone outright, I would have been without a phone from January [redacted] to March [redacted] - ALMOST 2 MONTHS.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: I bought a white 16 GB iPhone 5 through a Verizon Wireless carrier and purchased a warranty through the Global Warranty Group. I lost the phone and proceeded to file a claim and pay a $179 deductible on December *, 2013. I was told that I would receive a replacement within 3-5 business days. A week later, I was informed that they no longer carried the phone in my contract, and it could not be replaced with any other phone of equal or lesser value because it was not written into the contract. I was told that I would receive a $550 check to replace my phone within two weeks. It has now been three months, and I have received nothing. I have called multiple times over the past few months, trying to get more information and threatening to contact the Revdex.com, and they are still unable to give me any information on when I will receive compensation, or even a refund for my deductible. I do not believe I will ever receive this check, and I feel that my money has been stolen by a fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: In the very least, I would like a refund of my $179 deductible. However, I would prefer to receive the original promised $550 so that I can replace my phone.

Review: I have been phone-less going on 32 days, without any confirmation via e-mail of phone conversations about my phone claim. I was told to send in my broken phone, pay $100, and would receive a new Galaxy S4 in 5-10 business days. It is now March [redacted], and I have made my third phone call to the company, only to be told they would send me a $600 check (which I accepted to take) because they're inventory ran out/wasn't in. I was told this two weeks after my phone was sent in the week of February [redacted]. I waited patiently, only to never once be contacted by the company on the status of my phone. I made a phone call to the company on 2/**/14 to ask on the status, and was told I would receive an e-mail on the [redacted] of [redacted] of March. I have yet to receive an e-mail.
I asked for a confirmation e-mail today of our conversation by a man named [redacted], who's only reply was that I would receive one in 3 business days. Not only have I not had a phone for 32 days, but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone that can/will help me within the company. I was told customer service was the only contact I could talk to, and that no manager or person above them could be contacted about my problem - which puts me stuck, without a phone, no one to contact, and am out a total of $558 (including deductible and income I couldn't receive due to not being able to use a smart phone) still without a replacement or check. Also, no one has had an estimated time on when the check will be sent out. I don't think it proper or fair for them to keep my $100 deductible that I paid (2//**/14) to have this process be finished in a timely fashion. Global Warranty Group should have far better communication between business and customer. I have been very patient and kind considering my terrible circumstance, only to be told, "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do."
Because of this, I have missed out on income. I used the smart phone to network on social media for a local company via [redacted] and [redacted]. I was paid $14 an hr, and averaged 5-10 hours a week. Average that out to 8 hours a week, and I missed out on an average of $448 of income this month. Unacceptable. And I'm going to lose that small job, which I need.Desired Settlement: I want Global Warranty Group to send the promised amount for the phone, and to send confirmation e-mails of each verbal phone conversation. Without that confirmation, I have no proof of this company doing anything for me as was promised verbally. I paid for this service and sent in a broken phone. When I purchase insurance with a new phone, I expect that the company follow through with their promise/guarantee to replace my device. If this process doesn't get finished any time soon, I also will need to go about requesting the income I wasn't able to receive due to the inability to use a smart phone for work/business purposes for 32 days and counting. I work because I need money. I don't have money to spend (which they recommended I buy a new one until the check came through) to be able to replace a brand new phone. I also can't borrow money, with the uncertainty of not knowing whether or not they will send me the $600 check as promised (due to lack of e-mails/communication/confirmation).

Review: The [redacted] in South North Aurora recommended a warranty through Guaranteed Warranty Group which I purchased.GWG was to provide a new phone in the event that our phone broke. We returned our broken phone and was advised that they did not have any IPHONE 5 so would return a cheque to us in the amount of $650.00 I was skeptical but had not choice. GWG has had my claim since October 2013 and has agreed to pay but I have not received any payment. I have called them 6 or 7 times and can not reach any one with answers. They just say it has been escalated and payment will come. It is now end of March 2014 and no payment. We had to purchase a new phone out of pocket (around $600 ) and GWG has received our old phone which they would have refurbished.Desired Settlement: I want the cheque for $650.00 which is the amount they guaranteed because they could not provide a replacement phone.

Review: Purchsed the protection plan. Put in a claim nov 2013. They stated they could not send a replacement phone because it is no longer made. And would send a chq. Continously I and the representative from the store call and they state they put a request in but the accounting department has not issued a chq. Nor will they transfer me to a [redacted] or [redacted] to speak to. They also charged credit card and interest is accumulating daily.Unless I constantly call them no one contacts me to tell me staus. The company is actually global warrenty group.

Review: Purchased warranty for iPhone 5 upon phone purchase in 2012.
Made a claim on 09/**/2013, provided police report as required.
Claim was accepted, they charged my credit card a deductible.
I made phone calls to them on 4 separate occasions multiple weeks apart.
Each phone call I was told I was being issued a check, as the phone model was no longer in production.
In one conversation, I was offered a refund of my deductible on top of the replacement phone cost. I happily accepted and was told a check was being sent.
It has now been 9 months and I have not received payment of any kind.Desired Settlement: I expect to be issued a check for the value of the phone ($700) as was promised in the warranty contract, and as was promised to me over the phone. I have no way of proving the deductible was promised to be refunded as well, and honestly I think it is fair to honour the contract and pay me the replacement phone cost. Refunding the deductible is not necessary.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
When I saw that the cheque was sent, I called the company immediately and asked to which address the cheque was sent. This was on June **. The customer service person informed me that the cheque was sent to my previous address. I gave him my new address and asked that the existing cheque be cancelled and a new one sent, or if possible to tell the courier/shipper to change the address. The customer service person told me that he would call me back when he had more information.
I have not received a call nor have I received a cheque at this time.
Sincerely,

At this time, I have not been contacted by Global Warranty Group, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Review: I lost my phone and called in to Global Warranty back in November 2013 to use the warranty I purchased to replace my phone. They said they couldn't replace my iPhone 4S and that they would reimburse me $450 as a replacement for the product. Not only have I not received the check, but I have not received any status updates, despite my monthly phone calls for requests for updates. I feel sufficient time has passed since I first filed my claim over 5 months ago. I feel like I should have received a check by now. I've called the company many times only to be told that it's "been sent to escalations and I'll receive a call within 1-2 business days". I've yet to receive one of these calls and would like to be compensated especially since I'm being charged for the insurance policy. I don't even have the device covered under the plan anymore and probably shouldn't be paying the monthly premium.Desired Settlement: Refund of $450.

This e-mail is regarding a complaint I made in regards to my cell phone warranty through Global Warranty Group. I received an e-mail from [redacted] stating that Global Warranty Group has corrected the complaint and fixed the problem.
They have not yet corrected the problem or returned my money.
They are still saying that my claim is being processed but no further action has been taken.
Thank you!
