I was never advised of any accruing interest between through then in March of someone did finally tell me there were charges adding up so I made arrangements to pay extra for payments so that I could pay ahead of the due date I was told this agreement would allow me to pay ahead of the due date which it didFrom July till now I payed weeks ahead of my due date So all those payments from through I was deceived by your company and charged hidden interest charges I was never told of these charges till and upon looking at my original contract these were on a separate sheet NOT THE SHEET I SIGNEDI dont know that this second page was even available at the contract signing but I suspect not Regardless, Every time I was not able to pay on or just after the due date I contacted youI was never told of any extra interest charges, it was not documented on my statements or told to me verbally from through Every time I called I was told there was no charges and no negative reports to the credit bureaus Also The only times I deferred a payment was when I changed employment or my pay schedule changed at which time I contacted you ahead to make arrangements concerned with negative reports to the credit bureaus Every time You lied and told me I was allowed deferrals without impacting my balance. You have no right to charge me over $in hidden feesWas I paying late? Not according to my credit reportWas I notified of hidden charges? Not until at which time we had an agreement and I payed extra monthly payments to get ahead of my due date Was I ever charged a late fee? No because I was not late Was I sufficiently notified of hidden charges by not paying on the due date?? Not once until 2014, after years of payments You are attempting to rip me off over $for for interest fees through deceptive practices and hidden interest feesI was never notified of until years of paymentsDid I make an effort to make adjustments to the way I was paying once I was notifiedYES and payed ahead every payment after thatI assure you if I had known of these hidden charges at the start of the loan I would have made an effort to adjust and pay the way I payed the second half, ahead of the due date I believe I have sufficient evidence of fraud and of deceptive lending practices Any further correspondence by me will be through my Attorney No wonder you have reports against you on RipOff Reports site.

I am rejecting this response because:well that's too bad for GMAC financing what a shame to treat your veterans and law-enforcement that way after days and not or like any other company before reporting it to a credit report bureau While GMAC financing does have the ability to remove this from a credit report it is their choice to remain strict on their policy of days delinquent while I veteran is overseas in the military Croatia what a horrible customer service company I will never ever Buy a vehicle through GMAC again and I will be forwarding all the correspondence I had with GMAC and the Revdex.com to all of my local TV stations and social media don't be surprised if you see it in the near future the way GMAC treats a veteran - you can say all you want about following policy and strict guidelines but the general population is going to see otherwise on this particular matter - what a shameful company with no heart whatsoever I hope the story goes as big as the Applebee's manager who took away the veterans meal on Veterans Day Again what a horrible horrible customer service for United States veteran who was overseas to be bullied by GMAC on a credit report for days delinquency shame on you! Thank you for being patriotic GMAC I really do hope this goes viral you have been given an option and chose to do the wrong thing thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:GM Financial is still ignoring the majority of my concerns and just parroting back their poor policy on a singular facet of the complaintI don't "feel" there was poor service, there was, numerous timesIt is not hard to find systems that do not take people's money when it's not owed and that allow choice in due date, and it is even simpler to INFORM your customers that you do NOT have these systemsThe people working in customer service have no knowledge of how their own system works and make no attempt to inform customers if they do knowYou can repeatedly call and ask reps a question and get entirely different answers from each repI've worked in customer service and billing since I was in High School - none of this is a lot to ask and none of this is difficultIt's worrisome to me that GM is entrusting this company with their lease loans and their name when the company can't even acknowledge mistakes and shortcomings in their training procedures or systemsThe fact of the matter is I have hit billing issue after issue due to employees giving bad advice when I call with questionsI do this for a living - if staff tells me how to set something up correctly, I can do it without issueThis is the concern

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I understand what they are responding as that is the same response I received when I contacted them on my own over the line prior to submitting my complaintHowever, I am trying to let them know something is wrong because I did NOT authorized the 2nd paymentI authorized the payment that was scheduled on the 26th of Sept to be debited on Oct (my due date)Their response dies not make sense because they are claiming I schedule the payment for the 16th on the 26th of Sept (which is accurate) and that on the 10th of Oct I requested a same day payment (which I did not)What they are claiming does not even match up with my bank statement I have a debit on the 16th of Oct (which again is correct) and another one for the of October I do not have one for the th because I never authorized one for another other date aside from the authorization on the 26th of Sept for the 16th of Oct .
