I am rejecting this response because:Please see the attached documentationGM Financial is not being forthcoming with all of the information nor the contact datesFirst of all, I have attached the contract in which *** *** is listed as the lien holderI contacted *** *** several times to inquire about the paper work for the bankAs of May 10th, they still didn't have the information but said that I would be receiving it shortly
I received the paperwork on May 15thAt that time, I contacted Customer Service on that date, GM conveniently omitted my first contact with GM FinancialI also called the two more times after the 9th, again, GM is not forthcoming in all of the pertinent informationAccording to the information on the website, since I am enrolled in paperless statements, I relied upon the information thereIn the transaction history, I provided a copy of, it never states that a payment was returnedThere is no way to know if anything was wrong until I went to make a payment in July, at which time the statement said I was lateWe were not late because of money problems, we were late because GM did not provide accurate information on their website under my account nor did they communicate there was a problem or leave any messages.I was provide a fax number after numerous requests from the customer service representative on July 17thAttached is the transmission receipt that I faxed over to GM for a response, in which they have not responded at all yet. I was never advised of any accruing interest between through then in March of someone did finally tell me there were charges adding up so I made arrangements to pay extra for payments so that I could pay ahead of the due date I was told this agreement would allow me to pay ahead of the due date which it didFrom July till now I payed weeks ahead of my due date So all those payments from through I was deceived by your company and charged hidden interest charges I was never told of these charges till and upon looking at my original contract these were on a separate sheet NOT THE SHEET I SIGNEDI dont know that this second page was even available at the contract signing but I suspect not Regardless, Every time I was not able to pay on or just after the due date I contacted youI was never told of any extra interest charges, it was not documented on my statements or told to me verbally from through Every time I called I was told there was no charges and no negative reports to the credit bureaus Also The only times I deferred a payment was when I changed employment or my pay schedule changed at which time I contacted you ahead to make arrangements concerned with negative reports to the credit bureaus Every time You lied and told me I was allowed deferrals without impacting my balance.You have no right to charge me over $in hidden feesWas I paying late? Not according to my credit reportWas I notified of hidden charges? Not until at which time we had an agreement and I payed extra monthly payments to get ahead of my due date Was I ever charged a late fee? No because I was not late Was I sufficiently notified of hidden charges by not paying on the due date?? Not once until 2014, after years of payments You are attempting to rip me off over $for for interest fees through deceptive practices and hidden interest feesI was never notified of until years of paymentsDid I make an effort to make adjustments to the way I was paying once I was notifiedYES and payed ahead every payment after thatI assure you if I had known of these hidden charges at the start of the loan I would have made an effort to adjust and pay the way I payed the second half, ahead of the due date I believe I have sufficient evidence of fraud and of deceptive lending practices Any further correspondence by me will be through my Attorney No wonder you have reports against you on RipOff Reports site.

On September 26, 2017, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal laws
A repossession fee is charged every time a vehicle is picked up, along with any other additional fees
Our records reflect that you completed the reinstatement of this vehicle on September 29,

Regards,GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy"I then request that GM notify the billing department that my account is up to date and the balance is 10,GM billing collectors keep calling and telling me that I owe my January payment when on my credit report from EXPERIAN it clearly is marked as paidI also request GM to adjust my balance to match that balance on which the accurate credit report statesThe GM bill collectors state my balance ic much much higherIn the reply from GM they clearly stated the credit reports are accurate in account status and paymentIf this is true they need to contact their billing department and get this fixed asapBecause GM is now voilating the FCRA by calling me everyday for a payment that has already been paid. And as far as GM not responsible for redit appprovals, I can show you a whole handful of denials from GMAll the dealership does is take a persons information and then pass it along to GM for a deny/appovalThe dealership does not make the approval decision as statedFalseDirect or indirect GM FINANCIAL has any and all say when it comes to financing through themWho ever wrote their reply was very misinformedThat staement was not thought out very well

I re-aver, re-iterate and re-allege all prior inquiries, complaints and responses as though copied herein in extensio. AmeriCredit & GM Financial have done way more than pay late at Christmas and the first month of college tuitionGM bailed out AmeriCredit and USA bailed out GMMrDaniel E *** has seen it all, yet I can't get help to be in a better position to buy a new GM product - a Buick Enclave or GMC Acadia - at income tax refund timeIs *** *** still GM's Marketing chief?Lastly, it took almost a dozen inquiries to get documentationUnder the FCRA, the allowable delays were not metEach such violation is actionable, with a minimum statutory liquidated damage amount.I will get in touch with Mr*** and MrM*** for their review during the Holiday Season

I am rejecting this response because: we have been getting negative hits on the credit reports dating May 1, and June 1, 2018. We did however, have an improved Account from GMC financial dating May 24th, 2018. This was about the time when I was in the process of filing the complaint with the Revdex.com and it was followed by the negative hit on June 1st???? How is it that we are still getting “delinquent account” hits on our credit histories and we are going on months now since we have completely payed off the lease and purchased the truck We should not have a single delinquent account hit on our accounts after we have paid for the vehicle completely. What we should have on our credit history is “account paid in full. Our expectation is that the negative hits on all of the credit reports for both myself and Glenn be removed from the reports dating after March 26th. Our further expectation is that the account be noted as paid in full on all credit reports. I am willing to give the Credit Bureaus time to catch up as requested however, GMC financial also needs to look at their system to see if there is some sort of glitch that is causing the negative hits to occur on a monthly basis. Should I see another negative hit from GMC Financial I will report the whole issue to the Department of Commerce, The Attorney Generals office, all of the Credit Bureaus and anyone else I need to in order to get this resolved.
