I am rejecting this response because:GM Financial is still ignoring the majority of my concerns and just parroting back their poor policy on a singular facet of the complaintI don't "feel" there was poor service, there was, numerous timesIt is not hard to find systems that do not take people's money when it's not owed and that allow choice in due date, and it is even simpler to INFORM your customers that you do NOT have these systemsThe people working in customer service have no knowledge of how their own system works and make no attempt to inform customers if they do knowYou can repeatedly call and ask reps a question and get entirely different answers from each repI've worked in customer service and billing since I was in High School - none of this is a lot to ask and none of this is difficultIt's worrisome to me that GM is entrusting this company with their lease loans and their name when the company can't even acknowledge mistakes and shortcomings in their training procedures or systemsThe fact of the matter is I have hit billing issue after issue due to employees giving bad advice when I call with questionsI do this for a living - if staff tells me how to set something up correctly, I can do it without issueThis is the concern

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for the resolution on the October paymentI am Rejecting this resolution because of the mark that will still exist for March I called GM Financial yesterday to further understand why the March payment was still being Marked as days passed dueThe explanation given to me was the Mark was for the February paymentThe computer records show the payment coming in and then being reversed and then received on March 9thWhile reviewing my bank statements the payment was taken out prior to march 9th and prior to 30days past dueI have provided my bank statement to GM Financial to show that the payment was taken prior to the marked date in your systemWhen making payments to GM Financial I use western union and not any automated bill pay from my bankI emailed my bank statement to *** yesterdayIf needed I can provided my bank statement here

This is not fair, that is not what I was told when I called regarding my paymentI am so tired of complaining with your company and how I've been treated and been pushed around, I will pay, but what I want is to even it at 1500, remove me from my collection and I will have my account on auto pay, that is fair from everything I've been through with this company

I am rejecting this response because: I like to see this letter and if it was deducted why do I still owed any money , lady on the phone said they got $that should of covered it..The vehicle was sold at auction on May 19, 2017; the statutorily required “Deficiency Calculation” letter was mailed to the address of record on June 2, to inform you of the remaining balance owed after sales proceeds were deducted--they say--Yes everything in this report are true but I called the to help me to refinance the truck but all they wanted was the money owed, and I was paying what I could the is records showing that , that was not helping me, so they call more times and it was all about the money then helping me ... my complaint is about helping me and the Auction money , I like to see the letter about where the money went if they got $10000
