On December
24, 2012, you signed a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) for the
Chevrolet
Corvette in the amount of $37,at an interest rate of 14.00%
Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments
in the amount of $per month, beginning January 24,
Please be advised that GM Financial places a high priority
on adhering to all state and federal lawsThe state of Texas does require cure
notices to be sent prior to submitting the account for repossessionThese
notices were mailed to the address of record on July 7, and the
Acceleration Notice was mailed July 22, The cure notices detailed the
amount needed to cure and provided a cure date or date of last payment
On August 3,
2015, GM Financial made the decision to place the account out for repossession
due to the account being over days past due and subsequently the vehicle was
repossessed on August 7, After a thorough review of the account it has
been determined that the handling of the account including repossession was in
compliance with all state and federal laws
Please note
that our system of record indicates that you made a payment of $on
August 21, 2015; however, this amount did not meet the required amount to
process the reinstatementOn August 25, 2015, GM Financial received another
payment of $which covered the remaining reinstatement amount dueOnce
this payment was verified, GM Financial sent the release to the repossession
agent and your vehicle was available for pick upWe have verified that the
vehicle was picked up August 25, 2015, the same date the remaining reinstatement

The business did not disclose and inform me of the the simple interest information This was a sneaky way to do a contract and I will not accept the response from the business I overpaid the payments thinking my balance was decreasing and it was notAfter looking at the payment history, majority of my payments are going towards the interest, which is NOT shown on the website
