the vehicle was involved in an accident and declared a total loss by Amica Mutual Insurance (“Amica”)Please be aware, you are still responsible for maintaining the monthly installment payments and are still subject to monthly credit bureau reporting until the account is paid in full
The insurance proceeds from Amica in the amount of $7,were applied to your account effective the date of lossAs per your contract, we may apply each payment to the earned and unpaid part of the finance charge, to the unpaid part of the amount financed and to any other amounts you owe under this contract in any order we chooseThe insurance proceeds were applied to the principal balance of your account reducing what you owePlease be aware, the insurance proceeds received from Amica were not enough to pay the amount you owe

for a GMC Acadia in the amount of $15,at an interest rate of 14.99%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning on June 25, According to our records on July 2, 2015, you advised a GM Financial team member that you had recently traded the vehicle in to *** *** Chevrolet in MooresvilleDuring this conversation, you were advised by the team member that the payoff would need to be received prior to the account becoming days past due in order to avoid derogatory reporting of the account to the credit bureau reporting agencies Our records also reflect that an e-mail reminder was sent to you on July 21, and a phone call was made and message left for Jennifer Hutchinson on July 22, GM Financial received no response from either party to this account prior to the credit bureau reporting date of July 27, GM Financial management attempted to contact the dealership and a voice mail was left for the Finance Department on July 28, 2015.?
