February 23, 2017 you spoke with a GM Financial representative who advised you on how to set up and verify the Western Union Recurring Payments. On March 4, 2017 Auto Pay was set up online through MyAccount. Both of these payment methods are customer driven and initiated, and caused a double payment on your account. Please be advised your account is currently set up on Western Union Recurring Payments. The Automatic Payment Plan was canceled on April 13, 2017 per your request, and an Auto Pay cancelation letter was sent to you on that same day.
A refund has been requested and completed. Check number [redacted], in the amount of $502.99 was sent to the address of record on April 27, 2017 via overnight mail, with a tracking number of [redacted]. Our records reflect that the check was delivered on April 28, 2017.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10579642, and find that I am supposed to actually have 7 days after the due date to have my payment in prior to a late fee being assessed.  This has not been happening.  The late fee has been added to my account within one day after the due date.  I understand that I may incur a late fee, it is the manner in which it has been assessed that I have the problem.  If you are stating (also per the contract) that my payment has to post within 7 days after the due date, than that is what I expect to happen.  Please review my account postings for accuracy of late charges.  Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: Well, first I would like to know the persons full name who I am talking to in regards to giving my personal information (social security number). Equifax has the date for the inquiry on my credit report as March 26, 2016. Given the date of the inquiry, my full name & address & signed application for a loan/credit should suffice in regards to evidence in the companies records. As I have stated before I have no recollection of ever filling out nor signing any application nor did I give authorization for GM Financial to check my credit report. I am requesting to have this inquiry removed under federal law or unfortunately I'll have to file a complaint with the State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
